Claims (10)
- 오버몰딩 콤파운드(13)에 의해 폐쇄되어 유지되는 내부 금속 용기(11)와, 상부면(3)을 가진 가스 밀봉벽(2)과 중실형 본체(5)를 가지는 가스 밀봉형 벽(2)으로 구성된 기폭 헤드와, 평탄한 저항성 가열 소자(19)를 포함하고,상기 기폭 헤드의 축방향 일부는 핀이 통과하는 형상으로 두 개의 전극(9, 10)이 통과하고 있는 글래스 실린더(7)로 구성되어 있고,상기 전극들(9, 10)은 일 단부가 상기 가스 밀봉벽의 상부면(3)을 초과하여 연장되고, 기판(15)을 관통하며, 이 연장부에 의해 상기 기판(15)에 탑재된 인쇄 회로 기판에 상기 전극들이 전기적으로 접속되게 되고,상기 평탄한 소자(19)는 상기 저항성 가열 소자는 상기 절연 기판(15)상에 배치되고, 상기 기판 위로 연장되는 두 개의 분리된 도전성 금속 영역(17, 18)을 경유하여 상기 전극(9, 10)에 접속되고,상기 각 영역은 두 개의 전극 중 하나와 접촉하며,상기 평탄한 소자(19)와 상기 금속 영역(17, 18)은 파이로테크닉 기폭 혼합물(20)로 덮혀있는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기(1)로서,상기 평탄한 소자는 0.001mm 이하의 두께를 가지며, 체적 고유 저항이 0.5×106내지 2×106Ωm 사이인 금속 콤파운드로 구성되어 있고,상기 파이로테크닉 기폭 혼합물은 폴리비닐 바인더와 일차 폭발물로 제조된 래커로 구성되어 있으며,상기 영역들에는 얇은 층들의 조립체로 구성된 배리스터(22)가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전원에 접속되는 두 개의 전극(9, 10)이 관통하는 두 개의 평면(3, 4)을 구비한 원통형 점화기 본체(2)와 평탄한 저항성 가열 소자(19)를 포함하고,상기 점화기 본체는 점화 차지(12)를 함유하는 파열성 캡(11)으로 둘러싸여져 있고,상기 캡과 상기 점화기 본체는 오버몰딩 콤파운드(13)에 의해 함께 견고하게 유지되고,상기 캡 내측에 배치된 상기 점화기 본체(2)의 평면(3)은 절연성 인쇄 회로 기판(15)으로 덮혀 있고,상기 전극들은 상기 기판(15)을 통과하고,상기 평탄한 가열 소자는 상기 기판(15)상에 증착되고, 상기 기판위로 연장되는 두 개의 분리된 도전성 금속 영역(17, 18)을 경유하여 상기 전극(9, 10)에 접속되고,각 상기 영역은 두 개의 전극들 중 하나와 접촉하고,상기 평탄한 소자와 상기 금속 영역(17, 18)은 파이로테크닉 기폭 혼합물(20)로 덮혀져 있으며,상기 평탄한 소자는 0.001mm 이하의 두께를 가지며, 체적 고유 저항이 0.5×106내지 2×106Ωm 사이인 금속 콤파운드로 구성되어 있고,상기 파이로테크닉 기폭 혼합물은 폴리비닐 바인더와 일차 폭발물로 제조된 래커로 구성되어 있으며,상기 영역들에는 얇은 층들의 조립체로 구성된 배리스터(22)가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 일차 폭발물은 디니트로벤조푸록산의 알칼리 금속염으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 일차 폭발물은 루비듐 디니트로벤조푸록산으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더는 폴리비닐 클로라이드 아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 콤파운드는 비스머쓰, 탄탈륨 니트라이드, 철과 구리를 기초로한 합금, 니켈과 크로뮴 및 인을 기초로하는 이원 및 삼원 합금으로 구성된 그룹으로붜 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 배리스터는 100암페어를 초과하는 정점 전류에 대하여 5.5 볼트 내지 17 볼트 사이의 스위치 전압을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 500mA를 초과하는 비점화 전류값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 1200mA 미만의 전점화 전류값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 절연 기판(15)은 알루미나와 실리콘으로 형성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로파이로테크닉 점화기.
