Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 기판;상기 기판위에 불순물의 함량을 지속적으로 변화시켜 상부와 하부의 굴절율차가 다르게 형성된 하부클래드층; 및상기 하부클래드층위에 형성된 코아층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 제작용 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부클래드층은증착시간을 복수개의 단계로 분리하여 각 단계별로 불순물의 함량을 일정하게 함유하는 버퍼층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 제작용 기판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼층은인과 붕소가 혼합된 불순물을 첨가시켜 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 제작용 기판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인은상기 하부클래드층의 하부에서 상부로 굴절율이 감소하는 분포를 갖기 위하여 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 제작용 기판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 붕소는상기 하부클래드층의 하부에서 상부로 굴절율이 증가하는 분포를 갖기 위하여 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 제작용 기판.
- (a)기판위에 불순물의 함량을 지속적으로 변화시켜 상부와 하부의 굴절율차가 다르게 하부클래드층을 형성하는 단계; 및(b)상기 하부클래드층위에 코아층을 형성하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 제작용 기판 제작방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계는상기 하부클래드층 증착시 증착초기에는 불순물 함량을 많이 첨가시키고, 증착후기에는 불순물 함량을 적게 첨가시켜 상기 하부클래드층을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 제작용 기판 제작방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계는상기 하부클래드층 증착시 증착시간을 소정의 단계로 나누어 불순물 유량을 조절하여 첨가시켜 상기 하부클래드층 내부에 복수개의 버퍼층을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 제작용 기판 제작방법.
