Claims (1)
- 난도급성 원소인 실리콘을 0.1% 이상 함유하는 고장력 및 고가공성 열연강판을 용융아연 도금하기 위한 열연강판의 제조방법에 있어서,산세공정 및 예비도금 공정을 생략하면서 도금욕조 이전 공정인 환원가열로에서의 열처리 온도를 650 내지 750 ℃, 유지시간은 60초 이상, 수소농도는 30% 이상으로 유지하면서 열연강판의 스케일층을 선택적으로 환원처리하는 단계와; 도금욕 이전의 제어 냉각 속도를 5 내지 25 ℃/sec 범위로 설정하여 특정 스케일 조성으로 형성시킨 다음에 용융아연 도금을 실시하는 단계와;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 함유강판의 용융 아연도금 열연강판의 제조 방법.
