Claims (2)
- 열연강판의 표면스케일 제거를 위한 산세공정을 생략하고, 환원열처리로에서 그 표면스케일을 환원제거하는 산세공정 생략형 강판제조공정에 있어서,상기 열연강판의 표면스케일 조성이 FeO가 되도록 상기 강판을 570℃이상의 온도로 냉각하는 단계; 상기 냉각된 열연강판 표면스케일중 70%이상이 적어도 100초동안에 환원될 수 있도록 600~730℃온도 15%이상의 수소분위기를 갖는 환원열처리로에서 열처리하는 단계; 및 상기 열처리된 강판을 비산화분위기에서 상온으로 냉각시킨후, 하기 관계식 1에 의해 정의되는 냉간압하율 이상으로 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산세공정 생략형 냉연강판 제조방법.[관계식 1]냉간압하율(%)= (-0.6184×스케일환원율) + 129.29
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열연강판을 100~400초동안 환원열처리시킴을 특징으로 하는 산세공정 생략형 냉연강판 제조방법.
