Claims (10)
- 실질적으로 C-H 결합을 가지지 않는 비결정성 불소 함유 중합체 (a) 와, 불소 함유 중합체 (a) 와의 비교에 있어서 굴절율의 차가 0.001 이상인 1 종 이상의 물질 (b) 를 이용하여, 상기 재료의 1 종 이상에서 선택된 저굴절율 재료로 이루어지는 원통형 성형체를 틀로 하여 그 내면에 상기 재료의 1 종 이상에서 선택된 상대적으로 고굴절율인 층형성 재료로 이루어지는 하나 이상의 층을 회전 성형으로 형성하고, 내외 2 층 이상의 구성을 가지는 원통형 모재를 제조하고, 얻어진 원통형 모재를 섬유화하여 굴절율 분포형 광섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 회전 성형 중의 원심력을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴절율 분포형 광섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 원심력이 0.1 ∼ 300 G 의 범위에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 섬유화할 때에 원통형 모재의 중공부를 감압 상태로 유지함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인접하는 층 한 쪽에 상대적으로 고농도인 물질 (b) 를 함유시켜 회전 성형하면서, 또는 회전 성형한 후, 상대적으로 고농도인 물질 (b) 를 함유하는 층에서 다른 쪽 층으로 물질 (b) 를 열확산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원통형 모재의 원통 외경에 대한 원통 내경의 비가 10 ∼ 70 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원통형 모재의 외경이 10 ∼ 100 ㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 굴절율 분포형 광섬유 제조용 모재의 제조 방법에 있어서, 실질적으로 C-H 결합을 가지지 않는 비결정성 불소 함유 중합체 (a) 와, 불소 함유 중합체 (a) 와의 비교에 있어서 굴절율의 차가 0.001 이상인 1 종 이상의 물질 (b) 를 이용하여, 상기 재료의 1 종 이상에서 선택된 저굴절율 재료로 이루어지는 원통형 성형체를 틀로 하여 그 내면에 상기 재료의 1 종 이상에서 선택된 상대적으로 고굴절율인 층 형성 재료로 이루어지는 하나 이상의 층을 회전 성형으로 형성하고, 내외 2 층 이상의 구성을 가지는 원통형 모재를 제조하고, 얻어진 원통형 모재를 섬유화하여 굴절율 분포형 광섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 원통형 모재의 중공부를 감압 상태로 유지하면서 섬유화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴절율 분포형 광섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 인접하는 층 한 쪽에 상대적으로 고농도인 물질 (b) 를 함유시켜 회전 성형하면서, 또는 회전 성형한 후, 상대적으로 고농도인 물질 (b) 를 함유하는 층에서 다른 쪽 층으로 물질 (b) 를 열확산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 원통형 모재의 원통 외경에 대한 원통 내경의 비가 10 ∼ 70 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원통형 모재의 외경이 10 ∼ 100 ㎜ 인 제조 방법.
