Description
Claims (3)
- 발진신호를 출력하는 발진기에 접속되는 완충증폭회로로서, 상기 발진신호의 레벨을 증폭하는 증폭회로와, 상기 증폭회로의 출력단에 접속된 주파수 선택수단을 구비하고, 상기 주파수 선택수단을 전환하여 상기 발진신호의 기본파 또는 2 차 고조파를 출력하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 완충 증폭회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주파수 선택수단은 상기 기본파를 출력할 때는 상기 2 차 고조파를 트랩하는 트랩회로를 구성하도록 하고, 상기 2 차 고조파를 출력할 때는 상기 2 차 고조파 이상을 통과시키는 하이패스 필터를 구성하도록 한 것을 특징으로하는 완충증폭회로.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 주파수 선택수단은 한쪽 끝끼리 직렬로 접속된 제 1 및 제 2 콘덴서와, 한쪽 끝끼리 직렬로 접속됨과 동시에 상기 트랩회로를 구성하는 코일 및 제 3 콘덴서와, 스위치 다이오드를 가지고, 상기 제 1 콘덴서의 다른쪽 끝을 상기 증폭회로의 상기 출력단에 접속하고, 상기 코일의 다른쪽 끝을 상기 제 1 콘덴서와 상기제 2 콘덴서와의 접속점에 접속함과 동시에, 상기 제 3 콘덴서의 다른쪽 끝을 고주파적으로 접지하고, 상기 제 3 콘덴서에 상기 스위치 다이오드를 병렬로 접속하고, 상기 기본파를 출력할 때는, 상기 스위치 다이오드를 비도통 상태로 하고, 상기 2차 고조파를 출력할 때는, 상기 스위치 다이오드를 도통상태로 하여 상기 제 1 및 제 2 콘덴서와 상기 코일로 상기 하이패스 필터를 구성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 완충 증폭회로.
