Claims (4)
- 직류 전압에 대하여 하프브리지(half-bridge) 접속된 스위칭 소자를 교번적으로 단속(斷續)하는 구동 회로와, 상기 스위칭 소자의 접속점으로부터 공진(共振) 콘덴서를 통해 절연 변압기의 1차측에 교번 전압을 인가하고, 상기 절연 변압기의 2차 권선(卷線)으로부터 소정의 교번 전압이 얻어지도록 한 전류 공진형 스위칭 전원에 있어서,교번적으로 턴온되도록 타이밍이 제어되는 한쌍의 정류(整流) 소자를 상기 2차 권선의 출력측에 배설하고,상기 한쌍의 정류 소자의 개폐 제어 신호가 상기 스위칭 소자를 개폐하는 신호원으로부터 공급되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 공진형 스위칭 전원.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자 및 정류 소자는 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 공진형 스위칭 전원.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐 제어 신호는 상기 신호원으로부터 변압기 결합에 의해 공급되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 공진형 스위칭 전원.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정류 소자를 도통하는 정류 전류는 초크(choke) 코일을 통해 평활(平滑) 콘덴서에 충전되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 공진형 스위칭 전원.
