Claims (11)
- L-소르보스를 환원하는 유전자의 재조합에 의해 L-소르보스를 환원하는 생물학적 활성이 실질적으로 상실됨을 특징으로 하는, 글루코노박터(Gluconobacter) 속 또는 아세토박터(Acetobacter) 속에 속하는 미생물로부터 유래된 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,L-소르보스를 환원하는 생물학적 활성이 원래 미생물이 갖는 활성의 10% 미만인 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유전자가 활성 L-소르보스 환원효소를 형성하는데 필요한 영역내에서 뉴클레오티드(들)의 첨가, 삽입, 결손 및/또는 치환에 의한 1종 이상의 돌연변이로 변이된 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,돌연변이가 활성 L-소르보스 환원효소를 형성하는데 필요한 영역내에서 파괴로 인해 일어나는 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,파괴가 트란스포손(transposon), 항생제 저항성 유전자 카세트(gene cassette), 및 호스트(host) 미생물이 활성 L-소르보스 환원효소를 형성하지 못하도록 하는 DNA 서열로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 간섭 DNA 단편을 포함하는 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,돌연변이가 유전공학 기술에 의해 돌연변이를 유발시켜 유도된 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,활성 L-소르보스 환원효소를 형성하는데 필요한 영역이 L-소르보스 환원효소를 암호화하는 구조 유전자 및 그의 발현 조절 서열로 구성된 군에서 선택된 DNA 서열에 존재하는 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물.
- L-소르보스 환원효소 유전자가 서열번호:2에 기술된 L-소르보스 환원효소의 아미노산 서열 또는 서열번호:2에서 1종 이상의 아미노산의 삽입, 결손, 첨가 및/또는 치환을 포함하는 기능적 동일 서열을 암호화함을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물을 제조하기 위한, 글루코노박터 속 또는 아세토박터 속에 속하는 미생물의 L-소르보스 환원효소 유전자의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물의 사용을 포함하는, 적당한 배지에서 미생물을 발효함으로써 L-소르보스를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유전공학적으로 제조된 미생물의 사용을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, L-소르보스를 생산하는 발효 단계를 포함하는 비타민 C의 생산 방법.
- 제 10 항에 따른 방법으로 생산된 비타민 C.
