Description
Claims (10)
- (A) 극저온 액체를 고압으로 펌핑시켜 고압 극저온 액체를 생성시키는 단계,(B) 고압 극저온 액체의 제 1 부분을 기화시켜 고압 기체를 생성시키는 단계,(C) 고압 극저온 액체의 제 2 부분과 고압 기체를 혼합하고, 고압 극저온 액체의 제 2 부분을 고압 기체와 직접 열교환에 의해 기화시켜 온도 조절된 고압 기체를 생성시키는 단계, 및(D) 온도 조절된 고압 기체를 실린더에 공급시키는 단계를 포함하여, 실린더를 기체로 충전시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 부분이 60% 이상의 고압 극저온 액체를 포함하고, 제 2 부분이 40% 이하의 고압 극저온 액체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도 조절된 고압 기체의 온도가 -40℉ 내지 -90℉임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도 조절된 고압 기체가 동시에 다수개의 실린더에 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도 조절된 고압 기체가 분당 200 내지 500psi 충전율로 실린더에 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 극저온 액체가 하나 이상의 산소, 질소, 아르곤, 헬륨, 수소, 메탄 및 이산화탄소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (A) 극저온 액체 저장 탱크, 액체 펌프 및 극저온 액체 저장 탱크로부터 극저온 액체를 액체 펌프에 공급하기 위한 수단,(B) 기화기, 액체 펌프로부터의 극저온 액체를 기화기에 공급하기 위한 유입 구 수단 및 기화기로부터 기체를 배출시키기 위한 배출 수단,(C) 측관 밸브, 유입 수단과 측관 밸브 사이를 연결시키는 제 1 통로, 및 측관 밸브와 배출 수단 사이를 연결하는 제 2 통로,(D) 실린더 및 기체를 배출 수단에서 실린더로 공급하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 기체로 실린더를 충전시키는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 배출 수단으로부터 기체를 공급하기 위한 수단이 배출 수단으로부터 기체를 다수개의 실린더에 동시에 공급할 수 있는 매니포울드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 저울상의 조절 실린더, 매니포울드로부터 기체를 조절 실린더에 공급하기 위한 수단, 조절 실린더와 흐름이 연결되는 조정식 열교환기, 및 저울과 전기적으로 연결되는 프로그램식 제어 컴퓨터 시스템을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 기체 분석기 및 매니포울드로부터 기체를 기체 분석기에 공급하기 위한 수단을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
