Abstract

시트플레이트를 소망 높이에 상당히 확실하게 정지시킬 수 있는 한편, 시트플레이트의 높이조절이 용이한 유아용 시트가 제공된다.
시트백(12)이 부착된 시트보디(16)에 대해서, 전방시트플레이트(22)및 후방시트플레이트(24)로 이루어진 시트플레이트(20)가 상하이동 가능하게 지지되어 있다.
시트플레이트(20)는 전방링크(38)및 후방링크(40)에 의해 지지되어 있다.
시트플레이트(20)의 하면에 설치된 슬라이드프레임(66)을 핸들(80)에 의해 전후 이동시키는 것에 의해, 핀(60),(62)이 경사방향 가이드슬릿(70),(72)에 의해 안내되어 전진후퇴하고 차입구멍(50),(52)에 들어간다.

Description

유아용 시트{CHILD SEAT}
본발명은 아이들을 태우기 위한 유아용 시트에 관하며, 특히 차량의 좌석에 설치된 유아용 시트에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는 시트플레이트가 승강 가능한 유아용 시트에 관한다.
아이들을 태우기 위한 차량용 유아용 시트에 있어서 아이들의 체격등에 맞추어서 시트플레이트의 높이를 조절하도록 한 것이다.
일본국 실공평 6-35774호 공보에는 시트플레이트를 시트본체의 가이드홈에 걸리도록 하는 유아용 시트에 있어서 그 가이드홈을 복수개 다른 높이에 설치하는 것이 기재되어 있지만, 시트플레이트의 높이조절이 불편하다. 동호(同號)에는 리프터기구에 의해 시트플레이트의 높이 조절을 실시하는 것도 기재되어 있지만, 임의 높이로 시트플레이트를 정지, 고정하는 것에 대해서는 개시되어 있지 않다.
일본국 실개평 4-35931호 공보에는 링크에 의해 시트플레이트를 높이 조절 가능하게 지지하는 구성이 기재되어 있지만, 링크의 선단을 홈에 맞추어서 시트플레이트의 정지를 실시하는 것이고, 링크가 홈에서 빠지기 쉽다는 단점이 있다.
일본국 실개평 9-39627호 공보에는 상하방향으로 돌출한 바(bar)에 시트플레이트를 승강 가능하게 부착하고, 이 바에 다른 높이의 복수의 구멍을 설치하고, 이 구멍에 핀을 끼워 넣어 시트플레이트를 정지시키는 기구가 기재되어 있지만, 이 핀이 구멍에서 빠지기 쉽다는 단점이 있다.
본발명은 이와 같은 여러 문제를 해결하고, 시트플레이트의 높이 조절을 용이하게 실시할 수 있고, 더욱이 시트플레이트의 정지, 고정이 강하고 견고한 유아용 시트를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본발명의 유아용 시트는 시트플레이트와 그 시트플레이트를 승강 가능하게 지지하는 지지기구와 그 시트플레이트를 소정 높이에 정지시키는 정지수단을 구비한 유아용 시트에 있어서 그 정지수단은 유아용 시트의 시트사이드에 높이를 다르게 하여 설치한 복수의 개구와, 그 시트플레이트에 설치한 개구에 대하여 선단측이 차입가능한 핀과 그 핀을 전진 후퇴시키는 핀전진후퇴기구를 구비하고, 그 핀전진후퇴기구는 슬라이드부재와, 그 슬라이드부재의 슬라이드를 핀출몰(出沒)방향의 이동에 변화하여 상기한 핀에 전달하는 전달기구와 그 핀을 개구 삽입방향으로 힘을 가하는 부세부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 유아용 시트에 있어서 핀이 개구에 끼워 넣어져서 시트플레이트가 소정높이로 설치된다.
이 핀은 슬라이드부재에 의해 전진 후퇴시키는 것이고 슬라이드부재를 슬라이드시키는 것에 의해 간단하게 개구에 대해서 입출(入出)가능하다. 이 핀은 부세부재에 의해 삽입방향으로 힘을 가하고 있고 슬라이드부재를 조작하지 않는 한 개구에서 빠지는 일은 없다.
이 슬라이드부재는 시트플레이트의 하면을 따라서 슬라이드 가능한 것이 적합하고, 특히 유아용 시트의 전후방향에 슬라이드 가능하다. 이 경우 슬라이드부재에 핸들을 설치하는 것이 바람직하고, 이 핸들을 시트플레이트의 전방 가장자리부의 하측에 배치하는 것이 적합하다.
이 슬라이드부재의 슬라이드 이동에 의해 핀을 전진 후퇴시키는 것은 슬라이드부재에 경사 가이드슬릿을 설치하고, 핀의 일부를 그 가이드슬릿에 걸어 맞추는 것이 적합하다.

이 유아용 시트(10)는 시트사이드(14)를 보유한 시트보디(16)와 그 시트보디(16)에 부착된 시트백(12)과 그 시트보디(16)에 승강 가능하게 지지된 시트플레이트(20)와 그 시트보디(16)를 지지하는 베이스(18)를 구비하고 있다.
이 시트플레이트(20)는 전방시트플레이트(22)와 후방시트플레이트(24)를 구비하게 된다. 그 후방시트플레이트(24)의 전방가장자리측은 전방시트플레이트(22)의 후방가장자리측의 상면에 슬라이드 가능하게 겹쳐져 있다.
도6,도7에 상세하게 나타나듯이, 그 전방시트플레이트(22)에는 전후방향으로 돌출하는 전후가이드슬릿(26)이 설치되고 후방시트플레이트(24)에 설치된 돌기(28)가 그 전후가이드슬릿(26)에 걸어 맞추어져 이것에 의해 전방시트플레이트(22)가 후방시트플레이트(24)에 대해서 전후방향으로 슬라이드 가능하게 연결되어 있다.
도6과 같이 시트백(12)의 하단에서는 상방으로 상하가이드슬릿(30)이 돌출되어 있고 후방시트플레이트(24)의 후단부(24a)가 그 상하가이드슬릿(30)에 슬라이드 가능하게 걸어 맞추어져 있다. 이때문에 후방시트플레이트(24)는 시트백(12)에 항상 접속된 상태에서 상하방향으로 슬라이드 가능하게 되어 있다.
도4및 도5에 나타내듯이, 전방시트플레이트(22)의 하면에서는 전후2개소에 있어서 하방으로 향하여 돌출한 링크접속부(34),(36)가 돌출 설치되어 있다. 이들 링크접속부(34),(36)에 각각 전방링크(38)와 후방링크(40)의 상단이 각각 지축(42),(44)에 의해 회전운동 가능하게 연결되어 있다.
각 링크(38),(40)의 후단측은 베이스(18)에 설치된 링크부착부(46),(48)에 대해서 각각 회전운동 가능하게 연결되어 있다.
상기 시트보디(16)를 구성하는 시트사이드(14)에는 각각 다른 높이에 핀의 차입용개구로서 차입구멍(50),(52)이 설치되어 있다.
이 차입구멍(50),(52)에 삽입된 핀(60),(62)이 각각 상기한 링크접속부(34),(36)의 측면에서 돌출 설치되어 있다.
도4및 도5에 나타내듯이, 이 핀(60),(62)의 후단부(60a),(62a)는 슬라이드부재로서 슬라이드프레임(66)에 설치된 유아용 시트전후방향에 대해서 경사방향으로 돌출하는 가이드슬릿(70),(72)이 걸어 맞추어져 있다.
이 슬라이드프레임(66)에는 전후방향으로 돌출하는 가이드슬릿(74)이 설치되고, 슬라이드와셔(76)를 끼워서 볼트(78)가 슬릿(74)을 통하여 링크접속부(34),(36)에 부착되어 있다. 이로 인하여 그 슬라이드프레임(66)이 유아용 시트(10)의 전후방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 전방시트플레이트(22)에 부착되어 있다.
슬라이드프레임(66)의 앞쪽끝에 설치된 핸들(80)은 전방시트플레이트(22)의 전방가장자리중앙에 설치된 노치부(82)에 향하여 배치되어 있다.
전방시트플레이트(22)의 중앙부 하면에서는 스프링걸림부재(84)가 돌출설치되어 있고, 핸들(80)의 뒷면부분과 이 스프링걸림부재(84)와의 사이에 인장코일스프링(86)이 걸쳐지고 슬라이드프레임(66)을 항상 후방측(시트백(12)으로 향하는 방향)으로 힘을 가하고 있다.
핸들(80)을 쥐고 슬라이드프레임(66)을 전방으로 당기면 핀(60),(62)의 후단부(60a)(62a)가 경사진 방향의 가이드슬릿(70),(72)에 안내되어 이동하고, 핀(60),(62)이 차입구멍(50),(52)에서 빠진다. 이로 인하여 시트플레이트(20)가 상하방향으로 이동가능하게 된다. 핸들(80)에서 손을 떼면 슬라이드프레임(66)이 스프링(86)에 당겨져서 후퇴하고, 핀(60),(62)이 가이드슬릿(70),(72)에 안내되어 돌출하여, 차입구멍(50),(52)에 삽입된다.
상기한 시트백(12)의 상단을 둘러싸듯이 2개의 어깨벨트(92)가 전방으로 향하여 나와 있다. 이 어깨벨트(92)에는 텅(tongue)(94)이 장착되어 있고, 이 텅(94)은 전방시트플레이트(22)에 설치된 버클(96)에 장착가능하게 되어 있다.
도2및 도3의 부호(96a)는 텅(94)을 버클(96)에서 이탈시키기 위한 버튼을 나타낸다.
어깨벨트(92)의 후단측은 1개의 인장벨트(98)에 접속되어 있고, 이 인장벨트(98)는 시트백(12)및 시트플레이트(20)의 하측을 감싸듯이 인장벨트록기구(100)를 통하여 전방으로 나와 있다. 이 인장벨트록기구(100)는 인장벨트(98)가 전방으로 당겨질 때에는 자유로운 통과를 허용하고, 인장벨트(98)가 후방으로 들어갈때에는 그것을 저지하는 록기능을 보유하고 있다.
이 록기능을 해제하기위하여 록해제벨트(102)가 설치되어 있다.
이 록해제벨트(102)를 당기면 인장벨트(98)가 도2및 도3의 우측방향으로 향하여 이동가능하게 된다.
또한, 도시하지 않았지만, 시트백(12), 시트사이드(14)및 시트플레이트(20)에는 적절한 연질커버가 장착된다.
이와 같이 구성된 유아용 시트에 있어서 시트플레이트(20)의 높이를 조절하는 것은 상기와 같이 슬라이드프레임(66)의 핸들(80)을 당기고, 핀(60),(62)을 차입구멍(50),(52)에서 빼고, 시트플레이트(20)를 상하이동시킨다. 핸들(80)에서 손을 떼면 스프링(86)에 당겨지는 것에 의해 슬라이드프레임(66)이 후퇴하고, 핀(60),(62)이 돌출한다. 그리고, 시트플레이트(20)를 상하로 약간 조정하여 그 높이 근방에 위치하고 있던 차입구멍(50),(52)에 핀(60),(62)의 선단측이 들어가고 그 시트플레이트(20)가 소망위치에 정지하고, 고정된다.
시트플레이트(20)를 소망높이에 설치한 후, 시트플레이트(20)에 어린이를 태우고, 텅(94)을 버클(96)에 장착한다. 이어서, 인장벨트(98)를 당기고, 어린이의 신체를 유아용 시트에 완전하게 보호시킨다.
이 실시의 형태에 있어서, 상기한 것과 같이 후방시트플레이트(24)의 후단이 항상 시트백(12)에 접속된 상태로 되어 있기 때문에, 시트플레이트(20)가 상하이동하고 전방시트플레이트(22)가 그것에 따라서 전후이동한 경우에도 시트플레이트(20)와 시트백(12)과의 사이에 큰 거리가 생기지 않는다. 물론 후방시트플레이트(24)와 전방시트플레이트(22)가 겹쳐져 있기 때문에 그들 사이에도 거리가 발생하지 않는다.
이 실시형태에 있어서, 슬라이드프레임(66)이 스프링(86)으로 후방에 힘을 가하고 있고, 슬라이드프레임(66)을 핸들(80)에 의해 전방으로 당기지 않는한 핀(60),(62)이 후퇴작동하지 않는다. 따라서, 시트플레이트(20)의 정지, 고정강도가 상당히 높다. 또한 이 시트플레이트(20)의 높이 조절도 상기한 것과 같이 핸들(80)을 당기는 것만으로 실시할 수 있고, 상당히 간단하다.
이상과 같이 본발명의 유아용 시트는 시트플레이트의 상하높이 조절조작이 상당히 용이한 동시에 시트플레이트의 정지, 고정강도가 상당히 높다.

Claims (10)

  1. 시트플레이트(20)와 그 시트플레이트를 승강 가능하게 지지하는 지지기구와, 그 시트플레이트를 소정 높이로 정지시키는 정지수단을 보유한 유아용 시트(10)에 있어서,
    그 정지수단은, 유아용 시트의 시트사이드(14)에 높이를 다르게 하여 설치한 복수의 개구와, 그 시트플레이트에 설치되어 있는 개구에 대해서 선단측이 차입가능한 핀(60),(62)과 그 핀을 전진후퇴시키는 전진후퇴기능을 구비하고,
    그 핀전진후퇴기구는, 슬라이드부재와, 그 슬라이드부재의 슬라이드를 핀출몰방향의 이동에 변환하여 상기한 핀에 전달하는 전달기구와, 그 핀을 개구삽입방향으로 힘을 가하는 부세수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 시트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 슬라이드부재는 상기한 시트플레이트의 하면을 따라서, 슬라이드 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 시트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 슬라이드부재는 유아용 시트의 전후방향으로 슬라이드 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 시트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 전달기구는 상기한 슬라이드부재에 설치된 전후방향에 대해서 경사 교차하는 가이드슬릿(70),(72)이고, 상기한 핀의 일부가 그 가이드슬릿에 걸어맞추어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 시트.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 그 슬라이드부재의 핸들(80)이 상기한 시트플레이트의 전방가장자리 하측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 시트.
  6. 제2항 내지 제5항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 부세부재는 그 슬라이드부재를 힘을 가하고 있는 스프링(86)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 시트.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 지지기구는 링크인 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 시트.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 시트플레이트를 평행이동하기 위한 전방링크(38)와 후방링크(40)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 시트.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 시트플레이트의 전후부분에서 하방으로 링크접속부가 돌출설치되고, 전방측 링크접속부에 전방링크가 회전 가능하게 연결되고, 후방측 링크접속부에 후방링크가 회전운동 가능하게 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 시트.
