Claims (1)
- 인젝션실린더(11), 플런져(12), 챔버(13), 분사노즐(14)이 순차적으로 설치되고 저부에는 상부 가열판(22)이 결합된 진공챔버피스톤(42)이 설치되어 있는 상부프레임(10)과, 상기 상부프레임(10)와 지축(23)으로써 연결되고 상부에는 하부가열판(21)이 결합설치되어 있는 하부프레임(20), 그리고 사이드실린더(32) 및 메인실린더(31)가 각각 설치되어 있는 메인프레임(30)으로써 결합구성되는 통상의 고무사출성형기(1)에 있어서,상기 진공챔버피스톤(42)일단에는 스톱퍼(47)를 마련하고, 그 외측에는 상부에 내측챔버플랜지(43a)가 일체로 결합되고 외주연 일단에는 스톱퍼(47`)가 마련되어 있는 내측챔버(43)를 설치하며,상기 내측챔버(43)의 외측에는 내측챔버플랜지(43a)에 그 일단이 걸려지도록 된 외측챔버플랜지(44a)가 상부에 일체로 결합되고 외주연 일측에는 지축(23)상에서 슬라이딩 작동되도록 된 슬라이딩판(45)을 형성한 외측챔버(44)를 개재설치하여 2단의 진공챔버(40)를 이루되,상기 내측챔버(43)와 외측챔버(44)의 각 접촉부위에는 O링(46)(46')을 각각 삽입설치하고, 외측챔버(44)의 일단은 상부프레임(10)상에 설치되는 챔버실런더(41)의 작동축(41a)과 결합되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고무사출성형기의 진공챔버장치.
