Abstract

본 발명에 따른 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치는 트렁크 개폐감지부 및 엔진룸 개폐감지부를 구비하여 트렁크 및 엔진룸의 개폐여부를 감지하고, 엔진룸 및 트렁크가 열린 상태인 경우에는 비상등 점멸제어부에 의해 자동적으로 비상등을 점멸동작시키게 된다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치에 의하여 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드 및 트렁크를 개폐하는 트렁크 리드가 열린 경우 운전자가 비상등 구동 스위치를 조작하지 않더라도 비상등을 자동 점멸시킴으로써 자차의 상황을 후방차량에게 경고하여 사고발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Description

자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치
본 발명은 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드 및 트렁크 리드의 개폐여부를 감지하여 후드 및 트렁크 리드가 열린 경우 경고등을 점멸시키도록 한 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차에 사용되는 등화장치는 그 기능면에서 크게 대상물을 잘 보는 것을 목적으로 하는 조명 기능과 다른 차나 기타 도로 이용자에게 자차의 주행 상태를 알리는 것을 목적으로 하는 신호기능을 구비한다. 이때, 전조등이나 안개등은 조명을 목적으로 한 것이고 방향지시등,후미등,제동등 및 비상경고등은 신호를 목적으로 한 것이다.
이러한 자동차의 등화장치 중에서 특히 비상경고등은 운전자의 조작신호에 따라 점멸동작되어 자차 및 전방에서 발생된 비상상태를 후방 차량에게 경고함으로써 2차 사고의 발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한다.
한편, 차량의 엔진등의 부품이 내장된 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드(hood 또는 본넷(bonnet)) 및 트렁크를 개폐하는 트렁크 리드(lid)는 운전자가 필요에 따라 즉, 짐을 싣거나 엔진룸의 각 부품을 점검하고자 하는 경우에 자주 개폐하게 된다. 그러나, 차량을 정차시킨 뒤 후드를 열어 차량 점검을 수행하는 경우에는 후방 차량이 이를 용이하게 인식할 수 있도록 운전자가 비상등 점등 스위치를 조작하여야 하였다. 또한, 운전자의 부주의등으로 인하여 트렁크 리드를 연 상태에서 주행을 하게 되는 경우에는 자차 후방의 상황을 식별하기가 곤란하여 안전 운행에 방해가 되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로써, 그 목적은 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드 및 트렁크를 개폐하는 트렁크 리드가 열린 상태를 감지하여 비상등을 자동으로 점멸시킴으로써 후방 차량 및 주변 차량에게 자차의 상태를 용이하게 표시할 수 있도록하여 사고 발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차의 비상등 점등 제어장치를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치는 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드의 개폐여부를 감지하는 엔진룸 개폐감지부와, 트렁크를 개폐하는 트렁크 리드의 개폐상태를 감지하는 트렁크 개폐감지부와, 자차 및 전방의 비상상태를 후방차량에게 경고하도록 점멸동작되는 비상등과, 상기 엔진룸 개폐감지부 및 상기 트렁크 개폐감지부의 감지결과에 따라 후드 및 트렁크 리드의 개폐여부를 판단하여 후드 및 트렁크 리드가 열린 상태이면 상기 비상등을 자동 점멸시키는 비상등 점멸 제어부를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하에는 본 발명의 양호한 실시예에 따른 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치의 구성 및 작용효과를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저, 도 1은 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치의 구성을 보인 시스템 블록도이다. 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치는 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드의 개폐여부를 감지하는 엔진룸 개폐감지부(20)와, 트렁크를 개폐하는 트렁크 리드의 개폐상태를 감지하는 트렁크 개폐감지부(30)와, 자차 및 전방의 비상상태를 후방차량에게 경고하도록 점멸동작되는 비상등(50)과, 운전자로부터 상기 비상등(50)의 점멸여부를 선택받는 비상등 구동 스위치(40)와, 상기 비상등 구동 스위치(40)가 온되거나 혹은 상기 엔진룸 개폐감지부(20) 및 상기 트렁크 개폐감지부(30)의 감지결과 후드 및 트렁크 리드가 열린 상태이면 상기 비상등(50)을 점멸시키는 비상등 점멸 제어부(10)를 구비하여 이루어진다.
상기한 구성에 있어서, 상기 엔진룸 개폐감지부(20) 및 상기 트렁크 개폐감지부(30)는 각각 후드 및 트렁크 리드의 하단에 마련되어 엔진룸 및 트렁크와의 접촉여부에 따라 온/오프되는 마이크로스위치에 의해 양호하게 구현될 수 있다. 이때, 엔진룸 개폐감지부(20) 및 트렁크 개폐감지부(30)를 구성하는 마이크로스위치는 후드 및 트렁크 리드가 닫히는 경우 차체 프레임과 접촉하여 온되고, 후드 및 트렁크 리드가 열리는 경우 오프되게 된다.
이하에는 본 발명의 양호한 실시예에 따른 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치의 동작 및 작용효과를 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저, 운전자가 엔진룸 내부를 점검하고자 하는 등의 목적으로 엔진룸 후드를 열게 되면 엔진룸 개폐감지부(20)의 마이크로 스위치가 오프되고, 비상등 점멸 제어부(10)는 상기 엔진룸 개폐감지부(20)의 감지결과를 입력받아 엔진룸이 개방된 상태임을 판단하여 비상등(50)을 자동적으로 점멸동작시키게 된다. 따라서, 운전자가 별도의 비상등 구동 스위치(40)를 조작하지 않더라도 엔진룸의 개폐여부에 따라 자동으로 비상등(50)이 점등됨으로써 자차의 주변 및 후방 차량에게 현재의 상태를 알려 사고 발생을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 트렁크에 다량의 짐을 실어 트렁크 리드가 열린 상태로 주행을 하게 되는 경우 혹은 운전자의 부주의로 인해 트렁크 리드를 완전히 닫지 않은 상태로 주행을 하게 되는 경우에 트렁크 개폐 감지부(30)의 마이크로 스위치가 이를 감지하여 비상등 점멸 제어부(10)에 감지신호를 입력하게 된다. 이때, 비상등 점멸 제어부(10)는 트렁크가 열린 상태임을 판단하여 비상등(50)을 점멸동작시켜 후방 차량에게 자차의 상황을 경고하게 된다.
또한, 도시되지는 않았으나 트렁크가 개폐되는 경우 운전석의 인스트루먼트 패널에 마련된 트렁크 개폐 표시 램프가 점등되어 운전자가 트렁크가 개방상태임을 인식할 수 있게 된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치는 트렁크 개폐감지부 및 엔진룸 개폐감지부를 구비하여 트렁크 및 엔진룸의 개폐여부를 감지하고, 엔진룸 및 트렁크가 열린 상태인 경우에는 비상등 점멸제어부에 의해 자동적으로 비상등을 점멸동작시키게 된다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치에 의하여 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드 및 트렁크를 개폐하는 트렁크 리드가 열린 경우 운전자가 비상등 구동 스위치를 조작하지 않더라도 비상등을 자동 점멸시킴으로써 자차의 상황을 후방차량에게 경고하여 사고발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

  1. 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드의 개폐여부를 감지하는 엔진룸 개폐감지부(20)와,
    트렁크를 개폐하는 트렁크 리드의 개폐상태를 감지하는 트렁크 개폐감지부(30)와,
    자차 및 전방의 비상상태를 후방차량에게 경고하도록 점멸동작되는 비상등(50)과,
    상기 엔진룸 개폐감지부(20) 및 상기 트렁크 개폐감지부(30)의 감지결과에 따라 후드 및 트렁크 리드의 개폐여부를 판단하고, 후드 및 트렁크 리드가 열린 상태이면 상기 비상등(50)을 자동 점멸시키는 비상등 점멸 제어부(10)를 구비하여 이루어지는 자동차의 비상등 점등제어장치.
