Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 비상등에 관한 것으로, 자동차의 트렁크 플로어패널(18)에 형성되며, 자동차(12)의 전원의 일극과 연결되는 나선(21)과 상기 전원의 타극에 연결되는 접점(20a)을 구비한 소켓(20)과, 일단부에는 플러그(24)가 제공되고 타측에는 램프(26)가 제공되며, 상기 플러그(24)는 상기 소켓(20)의 나선(21)과 해제가능하게 계합되는 나선부(25)와 상기 소켓(20)의 접점에 해제가능하게 접하는 접점부(24a)를 구비하는 본체(22)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 간단하고 용이한 방식으로 먼거리의 타차량에게 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상상태를 경고할 수 있어 후속적인 자동차의 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 자동차의 비상등에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 야간주행도중 자동차에 이상이 발생될 경우 다른 운전자가 먼거리에서도 명확히 확인할 수 있는 자동차의 비상등에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차에는 등화장치(Lighting System)가 구비되며 상기 등화장치는 운전시계를 확보하기 위한 조명기능과, 다른 자동차나 기타 도로 이용자에게 자기 자동차의 이상의 여부 또는 방향전환등과 같이 운전자의 의도를 경고하기 위한 신호기능이 있다.
실제로 전조등, 안개등, 실내등, 계기등은 조명을 목적으로 하는 것이고, 방향지시등, 제동등, 비상점멸표시등, 후미등은 신호를 알리는 것을 목적으로 한다.
자동차의 등화장치는 운전자가 주행중 또는 정지의 상태에서 다른 운전자에게 자신의 상태를 알릴 수 있으며, 또한 자신이 주행하는 도로의 상태나 장애물을 확인할 수 있도록 하여 안전운행을 도와준다.
이러한 자동차에 적용되는 각종 등화류중 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 자동차(2)의 전,후방 일측과 타측에는 비상등(4)이 설치되는바, 상기 비상등(4)은 운전석의 일측에 형성된 비상등작동스위치(미도시)의 작동에 따라 점멸된다. 물론 이와 같은 비상등은 실제로 자동차의 방향전환을 타차량에 알려주기 위한 방향지시등으로 동시에 구성된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 자동차의 비상등은 야간 주행시 자동차(2)에 이상이 발생되어 후방의 자동차에게 해당 자동차의 비상상태를 알릴 경우 운전석의 일측에 형성된 비상등 작동스위치를 온(ON)시키면 자동차(2)의 전,후방 일측과 타측에 형성된 비상등(4)이 점멸되며, 이에 따라 주변의 다른 자동차의 운전자로 하여금 주의를 요하게 된다. 그러나 상기와 같이 구성된 자동차용 비상등에 대한 타 차량의 실제적인 가시거리가 제한적이므로 타차량의 운전자들이 해당 자동차의 비상상향을 정확히 인식하지 못하는 경우가 있으며, 심한 경우 해당차량이 비상등을 점멸한 상태로 정지하고 있음에도 불구하고 후속차량의 운전자가 이를 정확히 인식하지 못함으로 인해 추돌 또는 충돌하여 치명적인 사고를 초래할 수 있는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 실제로 비상등과 방향지시등이 겸용으로 사용되고 있어 후속차량의 운전자가 세심한 주의를 기울이지 않거나 또는 일측의 비상등 또는 방향지시등이 고장난 경우 타차량의 운전자의 오인으로 인해 사고를 초래할 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
즉, 상기와 같이 구성된 비상등을 이용하여 후방의 타 차량에 해당 자동차의 이상여부를 알릴 수 있었지만, 일정거리 이상일 경우에는 후방의 자동차에게 정확히 경고할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 발명은 이같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 먼거리에서도 해당자동차의 비상상태를 명확히 확인할 수 있으며, 특히 간편하고 신속하게 설치 할 수 있는 자동차의 비상등을 제공하는데 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 목적은 자동차의 트렁크 플로어패널에 형성되며, 자동차의 전원의 일극과 연결되는 나선과 상기 전원의 타극에 연결되는 접점을 구비한 소켓과: 일단부에는 플러그가 제공되고 타측에는 램프가 제공되며, 상기 플러그는 상기 소켓의 나선과 해제가능하게 계합되는 나선부와 상기 소켓의 접점에 해제 가능하게 접하는 접점부를 구비하는 본체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 비상등에 의해 달성될 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부도면에 의거하여 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제2도 및 제3도에 도시한 바와 같이 자동차(12)의 후방에는 각종물품을 수납할 수 있는 트렁크(14)가 형성되고 상기 트렁크(14)에는 일측이 회동가능하게 차체패널에 고정된 트렁크 커버(16)가 구비된다. 그리고 상기 트렁크(14)의 하단 즉, 트렁크 플로어패널(18)의 일측에는 자동차(12)의 전원과 연결된 소켓(20)이 제공된다. 상기 소켓(20)은 내측주연에 나선(21)이 형성되어 있으며 또한 그하부에는 접점(20a)이 제공되어 있는바, 상기 나선(21)과 접점(20a)은 실제로 자동차의 배터리의 각각의 극과 연결되어 있다. 즉, 나선(21)은 +극에 접점(20a)은 -극에, 또한 그 역으로 연결될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 소켓(20)에는 본체(22)가 해체가능하게 접속되는바, 상기 본체(22)의 일단부에는 상기 소켓(20)에 접속되는 플러그(24)가 제공되며, 타단부에는 램프(26)가 제공된다.
상기 플러그(24)는 물론 상기 소켓(20)의 나선(21)과 나사결합되는 나선부(25)가 형성되며 그 단부에는 상기 소켓(20)의 접점(20a)과 해제가능하게 접하는 접점부(24a)를 구비한다.
물론, 상기 플러그(24)와 램프(26)는 제3도에서 점선으로 도시된 와이어(28)에 의해 상호연결 되어 있어 플러그(24)에 공급되는 전원을 램프(26)에 인가할 수 있다.
이같은 비상등의 사용방식 및 작용모드에 의하면, 야간 주행시 자동차(12)에 이상이 발생되어 주변차량에 이상여부를 알릴 경우에는 사용자 또는 운전자는 트렁크리드를 개방하여 본체(22)의 플러그(24)를 소켓(20)에 접속시킨다.
이때, 본체(22)의 하단에 형성된 플러그(24)의 나선부(25)는 소켓(20)의 나선(21)에 접하고, 접점부(24a)는 소켓(20)의 접점(20a)에 접하게 되어 자동차(12)의 배터리의 전원과 연결됨으로써, 전원이 램프(26)에 공급되어 점멸 또는 점등된다.
즉, 종래에는 자동차의 전,후방 일측과 타측에 형성된 비상등이 점멸되는것이 일정거리 이상일 경우에는 후방의 자동차가 확인할 수 없는 문제점이 있었지만, 본 발명은 트렁크 플로어패널(18)의 일측에 자동차(12)의 전원과 연결된 소켓(20)을 형성하고 그 소켓(20)에 본체(22)를 삽설하는 방식으로 설치함으로써 먼거리, 특히 야간에 해당자동차의 이상여부 및 비상상태를 확실하게 경고할 수 있다.
결과적으로, 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 비상등에 의하면, 간단하고 용이한 방식으로 먼거리의 타차량에게 해당 자동차의 이상 또는 비상상태를 경고할 수 있어 후속적인 자동차의 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있음은 물론 간단하고 신속하게 설치할 수 있어 편의성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 자동차의 트렁크 플로어패널(18)에 형성되며, 자동차(12)의 전원의 일극과 연결되는 나선(21)과 상기 전원의 타극에 연결되는 접점(20a)을 구비한 소켓(20)과, 일단부에는 플러그(24)가 제공되고 타측에는 램프(26)가 제공되며, 상기 플러그(24)는 상기 소켓(20)의 나선(21)과 해제가능하게 계합되는 나선부(25)와 상기 소켓(20)의 접점에 해제가능하게 접하는 접점부(24a)를 구비하는 본체(22)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 비상등.
