Claims (10)
- 광기록매체의 기록막에 전기적인 에너지를 가하여 기록막에 흐르는 전류에 의한 열을 얻음으로써, 그 열에 의해 기록막의 구성재료를 결정화 온도 이상까지 가열하여 상기 재료의 상을 결정질화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 초기화 방법.
- 상변화형 재료로 구성된 기록막을 갖는 광기록매체의 기록막을 초기화시키는 방법에 있어서,상기 기록막에 도선을 직접 접촉하고, 기록막에 전류를 공급함으로써 주울열로서 기록막을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 초기화 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 도선은 광기록매체의 기록막의 내부에 한쌍의 도선이 서로 마주보도록 접촉부를 통하여 접촉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 초기화 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광기록매체의 외부에 마주보도록 한쌍의 도선을 접촉부를 통하여 접촉시키고, 내부에 서로 마주보도록 한쌍의 도선을 접촉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 초기화 방법.
- 상변화형 재료로 된 기록막을 갖는 광기록매체의 기록막을 초기화시키는 방법에 있어서,상기 기록막에 유도전류를 생성시켜, 그 유도전류에 의해 발생된 주울열에 의해 광기록매체의 초기화 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 또는 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기록막의 구성재료가 GeSbTe, Ge2Sb2Te5, Ge1Sb2Te4, Ge1Sb4Te7및 Ag-In-Sb-Te 계 합금임을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 초기화 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 주울열은 H=I2RT 에 따라 결정되며, 여기서, I는 인가전류, R은 기록막의 저항 및 T 는 전류인가시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 초기화 방법.
- 기록막을 갖는 광기록매체의 초기화장치에 있어서,전류를 인가하는 전원 발생부와,상기 전원을 기록막에 접촉시키는 접촉부와,상기 교류전원의 전원인가를 단속하는 스위치부를 구비하고,상기 스위치가 온되는 경우, 상기 전원으로부터 전원을 공급하여, 상기 기록막의 구성재료에 전류에 의한 주울열을 발생시켜 결정화 온도이상까지 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 초기화 장치.
- 상변화형 재료로된 기록막을 갖는 광기록매체의 초기화장치에 있어서,전류를 인가하는 전원 발생부와,상기 전원의 전원인가를 단속하는 스위치부와,상기 광디스크의 외부에 수회 감은 유도가열코일을 구비하고,상기 스위치가 온되는 경우, 상기 전원으로부터 상기 유도가열코일에 전원을 공급하여, 상기 유도코일의 내부에 전자선을 발생시키고, 그에 의해 상기 기록막의 구성재료에 유도된 전류에 의한 주울열을 발생시켜 결정화 온도이상까지 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 초기화 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 주울열은 H=I2RT 에 따라 결정되며, 여기서, I는 인가전류, R은 기록막의 저항 및 T 는 전류인가시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 초기화 장치.
