Claims (6)
- 로터의 축 방향 단부의 리세스 내로 연장하는 포트부를 구비하는 액체 링 펌프에 있어서,상기 로터는 상기 리세스로부터 반경 방향 외부로 연장하고, 상기 리세스 둘레에 상호 일정 간격을 두고 배치된 축 방향으로 연장하는 다수의 블레이드를 구비하고, 상기 리세스에 거의 인접한 포트부는 15도 내지 75도의 범위의 테이퍼 각도를 갖는 절두 원추형 표면을 형성하고, 상기 절두 원추형 표면은 포트부와 인접한 블레이드 사이의 공간과의 사이에서 액체를 선택적으로 연통시키기 위한 액체 유입구 및 배출구를 형성하고, 상기 유입구 및 배출구에 거의 인접한 로터는 유입구 및 배출구를 통해 연통하는 액체의 유동 방향에 영향을 주는 블레이드 외의 다른 구조물이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입구 및 배출구의 최대 크기는 종축과 평행하게 측정할 때 유입구 및 배출구가 에워싸는 블레이드의 축 방향 크기의 45% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포트부는 펌프에서 유일한 포트부이고, 로터 직경에 대한 로터 블레이드의 축 방향 길이 비는 1.05보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축 방향 단부에 대향하는 로터의 제2 축 방향 단부의 제2 리세스로 연장하는 제2 포트부를 또한 구비하고, 블레이드는 상기 제2 리세스로부터 반경 방향 외부로 연장하고 제2 리세스 둘레에 상호 일정 간격을 두고 배치되고, 제2 리세스에 매우 인접한 제2 포트부는 15도 내지 75도의 범위에 있는 제2 테이퍼 각도를 가지는 제2 절두 원추형 표면을 형성하고, 제2 절두 원추형 표면은 제2 포트부와 인접한 블레이드 사이의 공간과의 사이에서 액체를 선택적으로 연통시키기 위한 제2 액체 유입구 및 배출구를 형성하고, 상기 제2 액체 유입구 및 배출구에 매우 인접한 로터는 제2 액체 유입구 및 배출구를 통해 연통하는 액체의 유동 방향에 영향을 주는 블레이드 외에는 다른 구조물이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2 액체 유입구 및 배출구의 최대 크기는 종축과 평행하게 측정할 때 그 제2 액체 유입구 및 배출구가 에워싸는 블레이드의 축 방향 크기의 45% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 로터 직경에 대한 로터 블레이드의 축 방향 길이의 비는 1.30 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 펌프.
