Description
Claims (6)
- 로터의 축방향 단부의 리세스 내로 연장되는 포트 구조를 포함하는 액체 링 펌프로서,상기 로터는 축방향으로 연장되는 복수의 블레이드를 구비하고, 이들 블레이드는 상기 리세스로부터 반경 방향 외측으로 연장되고 상기 리세스 둘레에 서로 간격을 두고 배치되어 있으며, 상기 리세스에 바로 인접한 포트 구조는 원추 각도가 15°내지 75°범위인 절두 원추형 표면을 형성하고, 이 절두 원추형 표면은 유체 유입 포트 및 배출 포트를 형성하여 유체가 포트 구조와 인접 블레이드 사이의 공간과의 사이에서 선택적으로 연통되게 하며, 상기 유입 포트 및 배출 포트에 바로 인접한 로터는 블레이드만이 유입 포트 및 배출 포트를 통해 연통되는 유체의 유동 방향에 영향을 끼치는 것인 액체 링 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포트 구조의 최대 길이는 포트로서 작용하는 로터 길이의 약45% 미만인 것인 액체 링 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포트 구조는 펌프의 유일한 포트 구조이고, 로터 직경에 대한 로터 블레이드의 축방향 길이의 비는 1.05보다 큰 것인 액체 링 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축방향 단부와 반대측에 있는 로터의 제2 축방향 단부의 제2 리세스 내로 연장되는 제2 포트 구조를 더 포함하고, 상기 블레이드는 상기 제2 리세스로부터 반경 방향 외부로 연장되고 상기 제2 리세스 둘레에 서로 간격을두고 배치되어 있으며, 상기 제2 리세스에 바로 인접한 제2 포트 구조는 15°내지 75°범위의 제2 원추 각도를 갖는 제2 절두 원추형 표면을 형성하고, 이 제2 절두 원추형 표면은 제2 액체 유입 포트 및 배출 포트를 형성하여 유체가 제2 포트 구조와 인접 블레이드 사이의 공간과의 사이에서 선택적으로 연통되게 하며, 상기 제2 액체 유입 포트 및 배출 포트에 바로 인접한 로터는 블레이드만이 제2 액체 유입 포트 및 배출 포트를 통해 연통되는 액체의 유동 방향에 영향을 끼치는 것인 액체링 펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 포트 구조의 최대 길이는 포트로서 작용하는 로터 길이의 약 45% 미만인 것인 액체 링 펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 로터 직경에 대한 로터 블레이드의 축방향 길이의 비는 1.30 보다 큰 것인 액체 링 펌프.
