Claims (8)
- 적어도 유리 전이 영역을 가지는 비결정성 합금으로 성형되는, 광섬유를 소정 위치 내에 고정시키기 위한 삽입 홀이 제공된 광섬유 커넥터용 페룰.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유리 전이 영역이 30 K 미만의 온도 범위를 가지는 페룰.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유리 전이 영역이 60 K 미만의 온도 범위를 가지는 페룰.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하기의 일반식으로 표현되는 조성을 가지고, 비결정성 상을 적어도 50%의 부피율로 함유하는 비결정성 합금으로 성형되는 페룰:XaMbAlc(상기 식에서, X는 Zr 및 Hf로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 나타내며, M은 Mn, Fe, Co, Ni 및 Cu로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 나타내며, a, b, 및 c는 각각 25≤a≤85, 5≤b≤70 및 0〈c≤35를 충족시키는 원자 백분율을 나타낸다.)
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축선을 따라 광섬유 말단의 삽입을 위한 소-직경 부, 피복된 광섬유부의 삽입을 위한 대-직경 부, 및 상기 두 부분을 상호 연결시키는 테이퍼-직경 부가 제공되어 있는 페룰로서, 상기 소-직경 부는 1 mm 미만의 길이를 가지며, 상기 소-직경 부와 테이퍼-직경 부의 전체 길이는 6 mm 미만인 페룰.
- 유리 전이 영역을 가지는 비결정성 합금을 생산할 수 있는 합금 물질을 용융시키기 위한, 홀을 구비하고 상기 용융 합금 물질을 보유하는 용기를 제공하고;게이트 및 목적 산물 형상의 공동을 구비한 금속 금형을 제공하고;상기 용기 내에 형성된 홀을 상기 금속 금형의 게이트에 연결시키고;용기 내의 용융 물질 상에 압력을 가하여, 지시된 양의 용융 물질을 용기의 홀을 통하여 금속 금형 내로 투입함으로써, 상기 공동을 상기 용융 물질로 충진시키고;상기 금속 금형 내의 용융 물질을 10 K/s 미만의 냉각 속도로 고체화시켜, 실질적으로 비결정성 상으로 성형되는 산물을 수득하는 단계로 구성되는, 광섬유 커넥터용 페룰의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 합금 물질이, 하기의 일반식으로 표현되는 조성을 가지며 비결정성 상을 적어도 50%의 부피 비로 함유하는 비결정성 합금으로 성형되는 방법:XaMbAlc(상기 식에서, X는 Zr 및 Hf로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 나타내며, M은 Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, 및 Cu로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 나타내며, a, b 및 c는 각각 25≤a≤85, 5≤b≤70, 및 0〈c≤35를 충족시키는 원자 백분율을 나타낸다.)
- 하기의 일반식으로 표현되며, 비결정성 상을 적어도 50%의 부피 비로 함유하는 합금으로 형성되는 비결정성 물질을 과냉각액 영역 내에서의 온도로 가열시키고;생성되는 뜨거운 비결정성 물질을 동일 온도로 유지되는 용기 내로 삽입하고;목적 산물 형상의 공동을 구비한 금속 금형을 상기 용기에 연결시키고;압력 하에 과냉각액의 점성 유동에 의하여 지시된 양의 합금을 금속 금형 내로 투입시켜 페룰을 형성시키는 단계로 구성되는, 광섬유 커넥터용 페룰의 제조방법:XaMbAlc(상기 식에서, X는 Zr 및 Hf로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 나타내며, M은 Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, 및 Cu로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 나타내며, a, b, 및 c는 각각 25≤a≤85, 5≤b≤70 및 0〈c≤35를 충족시키는 원자 백분율을 나타낸다.)
