Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 차량 주행시 전방에 발생한 긴급 상황에 의해 급제동을 하였을 때 자동으로 비상점멸 등을 점등시켜 뒤따르는 후방차량에게 위험 상태임을 알려주는 급제동 표시장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 브레이크 페달에 연동하여 작동하는 제1피스톤과 제2피스톤을 포함하는 탠덤마스터실린더 브레이크 장치에 있어서, 상기 제2피스톤 전방의 마스터실린더에 접속되는 스위치 하우징과, 상기 스위치 하우징내에 측방향으로 이동가능하게 수용되는 스위치접속용 피스톤과, 상기 스위치 접속용 피스톤으로부터 연장되어 상기 제2피스톤과 대향하도록 상기 마스터실린더내로 돌출하는 접촉로드와, 상기 스위치 하우징의 단부를 밀봉하도록 장착되는 캡과, 상기 캡과 스위치접속용 피스톤 사이에 탄발되도록 개재되는 리턴스프링과, 상기 제2피스톤에 의해 상기 접촉로드가 이동하여 상기 스위치접속용 피스톤이 상기캡에 접촉할 때 회로를 온 접속하도록 상기 캡과 스위치접속용 피스톤에 마련되는 스위치 전극과, 상기

Description

차량의 급제동 표시장치
본 발명은 차량의 주행중 긴급상황 발생에 의해 급제동을 하였을시 급제동 상태임을 표시하는 급제동 표시장치에 관한 것이다.
차량의 주행중 브레이크를 작동시키게 되면 차량 후미의 브레이크등이 점등되어 뒤따르는 차량은 이를보고 감속등 필요한 조치를 취하게 된다.
그러나 차량이 고속으로 주행중 전방에 긴급상황으로 인하여 급제동하였을때 뒤따르는 차량은 급제동 상태인가를 즉시 알 수 없기 때문에 필요한 조치가 늦어 추돌사고의 위험성이 있게 된다.
한편 차량에는 위험상황임을 뒤따르는 차량에 알려주기 위하여 비상점멸등(방향지시등과 공용사용)을 구비하고 있으므로 긴급상황시에는 비상점멸등을 점등시키게 되는 데 이는 긴급상황시 급제동 및 핸들 조작과 더불어 스위치를 찾아 조작하여야 하므로 오히려 스위치 조작에 한눈을 팔 경우 주위가 분산되어 필요한 조치를 취하는 시간이 늦어 자신의 차량이 추돌사고 등을 일으키게 될 위험성이 있어 고속주행중의 위험상황 대처에는 효율적인 수단이 아니라는 문제점이 있다.
이에 본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 감안하여 제안된 것으로서 그의 목적은 하는 것은 차량 주행시 전방에 발생한 긴급 상황에 의해 급제동을 하였을 때 자동으로 비상점멸 등을 점등시켜 뒤따르는 후방차량에게 위험 상태임을 알려주는 급제동 표시장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 브레이크 페달에 연동하여 작동하는 제1피스톤과 제2피스톤을 포함하는 탠덤마스터실린더 브레이크 장치에 있어서, 상기 제2피스톤 전방의 마스터실린더에 접속되는 스위치 하우징과, 상기 스위치 하우징내에 측방향으로 이동가능하게 수용되는 스위치접속용 피스톤과, 상기 스위치접속용 피스톤으로부터 연장되어 상기 제2피스톤과 대향하도록 상기 마스터실린더내로 돌출하는 접촉로드와, 상기 스위치 하우징의 단부를 밀봉하도록 장착되는 캡과, 상기 캡과 스위치접속용 피스톤 사이에 탄발되도록 개재되는 리턴스프링과, 상기 제2피스톤에 의해 상기 접촉로드가 이동하여 상기 스위치접속용 피스톤이 상기 캡에 접촉할 때 회로를 온 접속하도록 상기 캡과 스위치접속용 피스톤에 마련되는 스위치 전극과, 상기 스위치 전극이 온 접속시에 점멸작동되는 비상점멸등을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하 본 발명의 구성과 작용을 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 의한 급제동 표시장치를 나타내는 도면으로 도면중 부호 1은 탠덤 마스터실린더이며 탠덤 마스터실린더(1)내에는 브레이크 페달에 연동하여 이동하므로써 각기 앞뒷 바퀴에 제동압을 발생하는 제 1피스톤(2)과 제 2피스톤(3)이 수용되어 있다.
상기 제2피스톤(3) 전방의 마스터실린더(1)에는 스위치 하우징(4)이 접속되며 있으며, 스위치 하우징(4)내에는 축방향으로 이동이 가능하게 피스톤(5)이 내장되어 있다.
상기 스위치접속용 피스톤(5)에는 제2피스톤(3)과 일정간격을 두고 대향되는 위치까지 연장되어 상기 마스터실린더(1)내로 접촉로드(6)가 돌출되어 있다.
상기 스위치 하우징(4)의 후단에는 캡(7)이 0-링(8)을 통해 밀봉되도록 장착되어 있다.
그리고 상기 캡(7)과 스위치접속용 피스톤(5) 사이에는 리턴스프링(9)이 개재되어 있어 상기 스위치접속용 피스톤(5)을 항상 제2피스톤(3) 측으로 탄발하므로써 상기 접촉로드(6)가 평시에는 상기 마스터실린더(1)내로 돌출되어 있다.
상기 캡(7)과 스위치접속용 피스톤(5)에는 스위치 전극(10)(11)이 구비 되어 있으며 상기스위치 전극(10)은 절연체(12)에 보호되고 리턴스프링(13)에 의해 탄발되도록 캡(7) 표면에 그의 선단이 약간 돌출되어 있다.
그리고 상기스위치 전극(10)은 비상점멸등(14) 작동회로에 연결되어 있다.
또한 상기 피스톤(5)에는 앞뒤로 작동오일이 넘나들 수 있는 복수개의 구멍(15)이 형성되어 있다.
여기서 미설명 부호 16과 17은 브레이크 작동 해제시에 제1피스톤(2)과 제2피스톤(3)을 복귀시키는 리턴스프링이다.
이와같은 본 발명은 차량의 주행중 급브레이크 조작을 하면 제1피스톤(2)과 제2피스톤(3)이 급격히 이동하여 제동압을 발생하고 제동압은 각기 작동라인(18)(19)을 통하여 앞 뒤 바퀴에 전달되어 제동력을 발생하게 된다.
한편 제2피스톤(3)이 계속 전진하여 접촉로드(6)를 밀게되면 피스톤(5)이 리턴스프링(9)을 압축하면서 이동되어지게 되며 스위치 전극(10)(11)이 접촉하게 되면 비상점멸등(14)에 밧데리 전원(20)이 공급되어 비상점멸등(14)이 점멸 작동된다.
이에따라 뒤따르는 후방 차량은 비상점멸등(14)의 점멸 작동을 보고 위급상태임을 즉시 알게 되므로 필요한 조치를 즉각 취하므로써 추돌사고를 방지하게 된다.
여기서 미설명 부호 21은 비상점멸등(14)을 수동조작에 의해 점등시키기 위해 운전석에 설치되는 스위치이며 상기 스위치 전극(10)(11)과는 병렬로 구성된다.
그리고 상기 스위치 하우징(4)내는 마스터실린더(1)와 단절된 채 공기가 충진되어 있거나 또는 상기 마스터실린더(1)와 연통시켜 작동오일이 충진되도록 할 수도 있으며 스위치접속용 피스톤(5)의 슬라이딩 이동에 영향을 주지 않는 한 어느 것이나 무방하다.
이상과 같은 본 발명에 의하면 차량의 고속주행중 급브레이크 조작을 하게 되면 탠덤 마스터실린더내의 제2피스톤의 이동거리가 커져 접촉로드와 스위치접속용 피스톤을 밀어서 스위치 전극이 상호 접촉되는 것에 의해서 비상점멸등이 점멸 작동되므로써 뒤따르는 후방 차량이 이를 보고 즉시 필요한 조치를 취하게 되므로써 추돌사고 등 안전사고를 예방하게 되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 브레이크 페달에 연동하여 작동하는 제1피스톤과 제2피스톤을 포함하는 탠덤 마스터실린더 브레이크 장치에 있어서, 상기 제2피스톤 전방의 마스터실린더에 접속되는 스위치 하우징과, 상기 스위치 하우징내에 축방향으로 이동가능하게 수용되는 스위치접속용 피스톤과, 상기 스위치접속용 피스톤으로부터 연장되어 상기 제2피스톤과 대향하도록 상기 마스터실린더내로 돌출하는 접촉로드와, 상기 스위치 하우징의 단부를 밀봉하도록 장착되는 캡과, 상기 캡과 스위치접속용 피스톤 사이에 탄발되도록 개재되는 리턴스프링과, 상기 제2피스톤에 의해 상기 접촉로드가 이동하여 상기 스위치접속용 피스톤이 상기 캡에 접촉할 때 회로를 온 접속하도록 상기 캡과 스위치접속용 피스톤에 마련되는 스위치 전극과, 상기 스위치 전극이 온 접속시에 점멸작동되는 비상점멸등을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 급제동 표시장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치접속용 괴스톤에는 양측을 연통하는 복수개의 구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 급제동 표시장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기스위치 전극은 절연체에 둘러쌓여 상기 캡으로부터 약간 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 급제동 표시장치.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기스위치 전극은 절연체의 안내를 따라 측방향으로 이동가능하며 리턴 스프링에 의해 탄발지지되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 급제동 표시장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기스위치 전극은 상기 비상점멸등을 수동으로 조작하도록 운전석에 마련된 스위치와 병렬회로를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 급제동 표시장치.
