Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 급제동 또는 급발진시 비상등을 자동으로 점멸시켜 주위 차량에 인식시킴으로써 안전사고의 위험성을 방지하는, 차량의 비상등 자동점멸장치에 관한 것으로, 하우징(10)의 내부에 제1,2 피스톤(20)(30)을 설치하고, 하우징(10)의 중간부에 오일통공(41)을 갖는 격벽(40)을 형성하며, 격벽(40) 및 제1,2피스톤(20)(30)사이에 제1,2 오일 체임버(50)(60)을 형성하고, 또한 제1,2 피스톤(20)(30) 및 하우징(10)의 양측 내벽면 사이에 제1,2 스프링(70)(80)을 탄력적으로 설치하고, 제1,2피스톤(20)(30)에 의해 접촉, 작동되도록 하우징(10)에 제1,2 스위치(90)(100)을 각기 설치하되, 제1,2 오일 체임버(50)(60)에 오일 공급관(110) 및 오일 회수관(120)을 각기 연결하고, 오일 공급관(110)에 첵 밸브(130)을 설치하며, 아울러 오일 공급관(110) 및 오일 회수관(120)을 마스터 실린더(140)에 연결하는 한편, 제1,2 스위치(90)(100)에 비상등 구동수단(170)을 연결하고, 마스터 실린더(140)는 프론트 휠 실린더와 리어 휠 실린더 및 브레이크 오일탱크(150)에 각기 연결하며, 마스터 실린더(140)를 브레이크 페달(160)에 연걸한 것이다.

본 발명은 차량의 비상등 자동점멸장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 차량의 급제동 또는 급발진시 비상등을 자동으로 점멸시켜 주위 차량에 인식시킴으로써 안전사고의 위험성을 방지하는, 차량의 비상등 자동점멸장치에 관한 것이다.
제1도는 종래 비상등 작동장치의 구성 단면도를 나타낸 것으로, 1995년 특허공개 제5629호와 관련한 것이다.
종래에는 도면과 같이, 하우징(200)내에 피스톤(210)이 설치되어 있고, 피스톤 (210)의 양측 및 하우징(200) 사이에 제1,2스프링(220)(230)이 탄력적으로 설치되어 있으며, 또한 하우징(200)의 양단에 제1,2스위치(240)(250)가 설치되면서 이들 제1,2스위치 (240)(250)에 비상등 구동수단(260)이 연결되어 있다.
따라서 종래에는 차량의 급가속 또는 급감속시 운동에너지가 전달되면서 피스톤(210)이 제1,2스프링(220)(230)을 압축시키면서 하우징(200)의 전방 또는 후방으로 이동하고, 이와 동시에 제1스위치(240) 또는 제2스위치(250)를 ON시켜 비상등 구동수단 (260)을 동작시킨다.
그러나 종래의 비상등 작동장치는, 피스톤(210)의 유동이 심하여 비상등 구동수단(260)이 필요이상으로 작동되거나 또는 작동이 정확하게 이루어지지 못함으로써 주위 차량에 혼란을 유발하는 단점이 있었다.
또한 종래에는 브레이크 페달을 급작스럽게 작동시키 상태에서 정상적인 주행이 이루어지기 까지 감속시간이 짧아 비상등이 작동되기 어려운 단점이 있었다.
본 발명은 차량의 급제동 및 급발진시 비상등의 점멸이 정확하게 이루어지도록하여 안전사고의 위험을 방지하는, 차량의 비상등 자동 점멸장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명은 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 하우징의 내부에 제1,2피스톤을 설치하고, 하우징의 중간부에 오일통공을 갖는 격벽을 형성하며, 또한 격벽 및 양측 제1,2피스톤 사이에 제1,2오일 체임버를 형성하여 구성한다.
상기 제1,2피스톤 및 하우징의 양측 내벽면 사이에 제1,2스프링을 탄력적으로 설치하고, 제1,2피스톤에 의해 접촉, 작동되도록 하우징에 제1,2스위치를 각기 설치하여 구성한다.
상기 제1,2오일 체임버에 오일 공급관 및 오일 회수관을 각기 연결하고, 오일 공급관에 첵 밸브를 설치하며, 또한 오일 공급관 및 오일 회수관을 마스터 실린더에 연결하여 구성한다.
상기 마스터 실린더는 프론트 휠 실린더와 리어 휠 실린더 및 브레이크 오일탱크에 각가 연결하고, 마스터 실린더를 브레이크 페달에 연결하여 구성된 것이 특징이다.
이하, 본 발명의 구체적인 실시예를 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
제2도는 본 발명 비상등 자동점멸장치의 구성 단면도를 나타낸 것이다.
도면과 같이, 하우징(10)의 내부에 제1,2피스톤(20)(30)을 설치하고, 하우징(10)의 중간부에 오일통공(41)을 갖는 격벽(40)을 형성하며, 또한 격벽(40) 및 양측 제1,2피스톤 (20)(30) 사이에 제1,2오일 체임버(50)(60)를 형성하여 구성한다.
상기 제1,2피스톤(20)(30) 및 하우징(10)의 양측 내벽면 사이에 제1,2스프링(70) (80)을 탄력적으로 설치하고, 제1,2피스톤(20)(30)에 의해 접촉, 작동되도록 하우징(10)에 제1,2스위치(90)(100)를 각기 설치하여 구성한다.
상기 제1,2오일 체임버(50)(60)에 오일 공급관(110) 및 오일 회수관(120)을 각기 연결하고, 오일 공급관(110)에 첵 밸브(130)를 설치하며, 또한 오일 공급관(110) 및 오일 회수관(120)을 마스터 실린더(140)에 연결하여 구성한다.
한편 제1,2스위치(90)(100)에는 비상등 구동수단(170)을 연결하여 구성한다.
상기 마스터 실린더(140)는 프론트 휠 실린더와 리어 휠 실린더 및 브레이크 오일탱크(150)에 각기 연결하고, 마스터 실린더(140)를 브레이크 페달(160)에 연결하여 구성된 것이다.
따라서 본 발명은 제2도와 같이, 브레이크 페달(160)을 밟으면 이때 마스터 실린더(140)를 통한 유압이 프론트 휠 실린더 및 리어 휠 실린더에 작용하여 제동이 이루어지며, 유압의 일부는 오일 공급관(110)을 통해 하우징(10)의 제1,2오일 체임버(50)(60)에 작용한다.
또한 제1,2체임버(50)(60)에 유압이 작용함에 따라 양측 제1,2피스톤(20)(30)이 확장, 이동하고, 제1,2스위치(90)(100)가 제1,2피스톤(20)(30)에 의해 접촉 작동함과 동시에 비상등 구동수단(170)을 점멸, 작동시킨다.
한편 브레이크 페달(160)에서 발을 떼면 이와 동시에 압축된 제1,2스프링(70)(80)의 탄력에 의해 제1,2피스톤(20)(30)이 수축, 복귀됨과 동시에 제1,2오일 체임버(50)(60)내의 오일이 오일 회수관(120) 및 마스터 실린더(140)를 통해 브레이크 오일탱크(150)로 귀환된다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은, 브레이크 페달을 밟음에 따라 유압에 의해 하우징의 제1,2피스톤을 급속히 작동시켜 제1,2스위치를 접촉, ON시킴과 동시에 비상등을 점멸시킴으로써, 비상등이 정확한 시기에 점멸됨과 아울러 안전사고의 위험성을 예방하는 잇점을 갖는다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하우징의 내부에 설치되고 급제동 및 급가속시 전,후방으로 작동되는 피스톤; 피스톤의 양측에 설치되어 피스톤을 복귀시키는 스프링; 하우징의 양측에 설치되고 피스톤에 의해 접촉, 작동되는 스위치; 스위치에 연결됨과 동시에 급제동시 점등되는 비상등 구동수단이 포함된 비상등 자동점멸장치에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 중간에 형성되고 오일통공을 포함하는 격벽; 격벽의 양측에 설치되고 스프링에 의해 복귀가능한 제1,2피스톤; 격벽 및 제1,2피스톤사이에 형성된 제1,2체임버; 제1,2체임버 및 마스터 실린더에 연결된 오일 공급관 및 오일 회수관; 오일 공급관에 설치된 첵 밸브로 구성되어 브레이크 페달을 밟음과 동시에 하우징에 유압을 공급하여 제1,2피스톤을 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 비상등 자동점멸장치
