Abstract
본 고안은 급제동시 제동거리 단축장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래 차량의 경우 차량의 제동 거리를 단축하기 위하여 여러 부품의 설계를 최대한 고려하였지만 제동 거리를 단축하기 위하여 급제동시 작용되는 별도의 부수 장치를 장착하지 못하는 문제점이 있었던 바, 본 고안은 속도 센서(12)와 브레이크 페달의 포지션 센서(14)의 신호를 입력하는 E. C. U. (10)가 고속 주행중 급제동되는 상태를 판단하게 하고, 판단된 신호에 따라 제어 신호를 출력하여 솔레노이드 밸브(20)를 제어하게 하며, 솔레노이드 밸브(20)는 압축기(40)에 의해 저장된 고압의 에어를 차량의 앞범퍼(60)로부터 분사될 수 있게 하며, 분사된 에어는 분사후 저장 압력이 일정 압력이 될 때까지 압축기(40)를 통해 고압 공기 저장 탱크(50)에 저장될 수 있게 함으로서 강한 제동력에 의해 타이어가 밀릴 경우 제동력을 한층 증대하여 제동거리를 최대한으로 단축하여 차량이 추돌 및 추락되는 위험으로부터 최대한 보호될 수 있게 구성하는 것임.The present invention relates to a braking distance shortening device in case of sudden braking.
