Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 고속주행시 급박한 상황에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등되도록 하는 비상등 자동 점등장치(Auto lighting device for emergency light)에 관한 것이다.
이같은 본 발명에 의하면, 차량의 고속 주행시 급박한 상황에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등될수 있도록 차량의 전후방 차고센서를 이용한 비상등 자동 점등시스템을 구성시키므로서, 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경고상태를 확실하게 인식시켜 제 2, 제 3의 사고유발을 방지시킴은 물론 주행시의 안정성을 향상시킴을 목적으로 하는 것이다.

Description

비상등 자동 점등장치
본 발명은 차량의 비상등에 관한 것으로서, 특히 차량의 고속 주행시 급박한 상황에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등되도록 하는 비상등 자동 점등장치(Auto lighting device for emergency light)에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 비상등은 운전자의 조작에 의해 점등되는 것이다.
그러나, 선행기술에 의한 차량의 비상등 점등장치는 차량이 고속으로 주행시 급박한 상황이 발생함에 따라 운전자가 당황을 하게 되고, 이에따라 운전자는 차량을 급제동시키지만 비상등의 점등을 잃어버리는 경우가 발생하게 되므로서, 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경고를 주지 못해 제 2, 제 3의 사고유발이 생겨 주행시의 안정성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 발명은 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 차량의 고속 주행시 급박한 상황에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등될수 있도록 차량의 전후방 차고센서를 이용한 비상등 자동 점등시스템을 구성시키므로서, 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경고상태를 확실하게 인식시켜 제 2, 제 3의 사고유발을 방지시킴은 물론 주행시의 안정성을 향상시키고자 하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.

상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명 비상등 자동 점등장치는, 차량의 고속주행시 발생되는 차량의 전후방 들림높이를 감지하는 전후방 차고센서와, 고속으로 주행되는 차량의 엑셀페달의 작동상태에 따라 스위칭동작하는 엑셀스위칭부와, 고속으로 주행되는 차량의 엑셀페달의 작동상태에 따라 드로틀밸브의 열림량을 감지하는 티.피.에스(T.P.S)부와, 차량의 제동에 따른 브레이크페달의 작동상태에 따라 스위칭동작하는 브레이크 스위칭부와, 상기 전후방 차고센서에서 감지된 차량의 전후방 들림높이와 시스템 각부의 작동상태를 인식하면서 차량의 급제동에 따른 제 2. 제 3의 차량추돌을 방지할수 있도록 제어동작하는 비상등 자동제어부와, 상기 비상등 자동제어부의 제어동작에 따라 급제동에 따른 경고를 후방차량에게 인식시킬수 있도록 스위칭동작하여 비상등을 자동으로 점등시키는 비상등 스위칭부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
이하 첨부된 도 1을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상술한다.
도 1은 본 발명 비상등 자동 점등장치의 구조를 보인 블록회로도이다.
본 발명에 따른, 비상등 자동 점등장치는 전후방 차고센서(10)(20), 엑셀스위칭부(30), TPS부(40), 브레이크스위칭부(50), 비상등 자동제어부(60) 및 비상등 스위칭부(70)를 포함한다.
상기 전방 차고센서(10)는 차량의 전방부에 장착되어 있는 것으로 차량의 고속주행시 전방의 들림높이를 감지하고, 상기 후방 차고센서(20)는 차량의 후방부에 장착되어 있는 것으로 차량의 고속주행시 후방의 들림높이를 감지한 후 이를 상기 비상등 자동제어부(60)에 출력시킨다.
상기 엑셀스위칭부(30)는 엑셀페달의 작동상태에 따라 온/오프 스위칭동작을 하고, 상기 TPS부(40)는 엑셀페달의 작동상태에 따라 드로틀밸브의 열림량을 감지하며, 상기 브레이크 스위칭부(50)는 차량의 제동에 따른 브레이크페달의 작동상태에 따라 온/오프 스위칭동작을 한 후 이를 상기 비상등 자동제어부(60)에 출력한다.
상기 비상등 자동제어부(60)는 차량의 급제동에 따라 발생되는 제 2. 제 3의 차량추돌을 방지할수 있도록 상기 전후방 차고센서(10)(20)에서 감지된 차량의 전후방 들림높이와 상기 엑셀스위칭부(30), TPS부(40) 및 브레이크 스위칭부(50)의 작동상태를 인식한 후 상기 비상등 스위칭부(70)를 제어한다.
상기 비상등 스위칭부(70)는 상기 비상등 자동제어부(60)의 제어동작에 따라 온스위칭동작을 하여 급박한 상황에서 차량의 급제동을 후방차량에게 인식시킬수 있도록 차량의 비상등(80)을 자동으로 점등시키는 시스템이다.
상기와 같은 일실시예의 구성에 따른 본 발명은, 차량이 고속으로 주행된 상태에서 급박한 상황에 의해 운전자가 차량을 급제동시키고자 브레이크 페달을 구동시키면, 상기 브레이크 페달의 작동에 따라 브레이크 스위칭부(50)에서는 온스위칭동작을 하게 되고, 차량의 전후방에 장착된 전후방 차고센서(10)(20)에서는 차량의 급제동시 발생되는 차량의 들림높이를 감지한후 이를 비상등 자동제어부(60)에 출력시키게 된다.
그리고, 상기 브레이크 페달의 작동에 따라 차량의 엑셀페달은 작동정지가 되므로서, 상기 엑셀페달의 작동정지에 따라 엑셀스위칭부(30)는 오프스위칭동작을 하며 TPS부(40)에서는 드로틀밸브의 열림량을 감지한 후 이를 비상등 자동제어부(60)에 출력시키게 되는 것이다.
이때, 상기 비상등 자동제어부(60)에서는 상기 전후방 차고센서(10)(20)에서 감지된 차량의 전후방 들림높이 즉, 차량전방의 들림높이가 -25㎜이상인가와 차량후방의 들림높이가 +20㎜이상인가를 확인함과 동시에 상기 엑셀스위칭부(30)의 오프스위칭동작 즉, 엑셀페달이 정지되어 있는가를 확인하게 된다.
또한, 상기 비상등 자동제어부(60)에서는 TPS부(40)에서 감지한 드로틀밸브의 열림량 즉, 엔진이 아이들(IDLE)(0.5V)상태를 유지하고 있는지와 브레이크 스위칭부(50)의 온스위칭동작 즉, 브레이크 페달의 작동상태를 확인한 후 차량의 급제동시 발생되는 제 2. 제 3의 차량추돌을 방지할수 있도록 비상등 스위칭부(70)를 제어하게 되는 것이다.
따라서, 상기 비상등 자동제어부(60)의 제어동작에 따라 상기 비상등 스위칭부(70)에서는 차량의 급제동시와 같은 급박한 상황에서 운전자가 비상등(80)을 점등시키지 않을 경우를 대비하여 온스위칭동작을 함과 동시에 차량의 비상등(80)을 자동으로 점등시키므로서, 차량의 급제동을 후방차량에게 인식시킴과 동시에 급제동시 발생되는 제 2. 제 3의 차량추돌을 방지하게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 발명은 차량의 고속 주행시 급박한 상황에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등될수 있도록 차량의 전후방 차고센서를 이용한 비상등 자동 점등시스템을 구성시키므로서, 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경고상태를 확실하게 인식시켜 제 2, 제 3의 사고유발을 방지시킴은 물론 주행시의 안정성을 향상시키는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 차량의 고속주행시 발생되는 차량의 전후방 들림높이를 감지하는 전후방 차고센서와, 고속으로 주행되는 차량의 엑셀페달의 작동상태에 따라 스위칭동작하는 엑셀스위칭부와, 고속으로 주행되는 차량의 엑셀페달의 작동상태에 따라 드로틀밸브의 열림량을 감지하는 티.피.에스(T.P.S)부와, 차량의 제동에 따른 브레이크페달의 작동상태에 따라 스위칭동작하는 브레이크 스위칭부와, 상기 전후방 차고센서에서 감지된 차량의 전후방 들림높이와 시스템 각부의 작동상태를 인식하면서 차량의 급제동에 따른 제 2. 제 3의 차량추돌을 방지할수 있도록 제어동작하는 비상등 자동제어부와, 상기 비상등 자동제어부의 제어동작에 따라 급제동에 따른 경고를 후방차량에게 인식시킬수 있도록 스위칭동작하여 비상등을 자동으로 점등시키는 비상등 스위칭부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비상등 자동 점등장치.
