Abstract
본 고안은 코일 스프링을 이용하여 도어 임팩트 멤버의 기능을 향상시켜서 측면 충돌시 크고 작은 충격을 최대한으로 흡수하여 차체의 손상을 최소화하고 도어의 측면이 실내로 밀려 들어오는 것을 효과적으로 방지하여 실내 탑승객의 최대한으로 보호할 수 있는 도어 임팩트 멤버를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 이를 달성하기 위하여, 통상의 도어 인너 내측(1)면에 브래킷(3)에 의해 장착되어 있는 도어 임팩트 멤버에 있어서, 양단에 나사공(4a)(4b)이 형성되어 상기 브래킷(3)에 볼트(8)로 장착되는 도어 임팩트 멤버(4)와, 상기 도어 임팩트 멤버(4)와 코일 스프링(6)사이에 끼워져 코일 스프링(6)과 도어 임팩트 멤버(4)사이에 발생하는 소음을 방지하는 심(SHIM)(5)과, 상기 코일 스프링(6)의 이탈을 방지하는 스토퍼(7)를 구비하고 있는 것이다. 상기한 구성에 의하면, 측면 충돌시 도어의 중앙부분이 받는 큰 충격은 임팩트 멤버(4) 및 심(5)에 의하여 거의 대부분 흡수하고, 또한 미세한 충격은 코일 스프링(6)에 의하여 거의 흡수한다.The present invention improves the function of the door impact member by using coil springs to minimize the damage to the body and to effectively prevent the side of the door from being pushed into the room by absorbing big and small impacts to the maximum in the event of a side collision.
