An assembling structure of a bumper in a vehicle is provided to cut down manufacturing cost by reducing the number of a mounting flange and a clip for assembling a bumper cover with an energy absorber, and to increase assembling force by restricting sink mark of a bumper cover and improving bearing force of a bumper grille and the energy absorber. An assembling structure of a bumper for a vehicle includes a bumper cover(10) combined with a vehicle body and provided with a mounting flange(12), an energy absorber(20) combined with the mounting flange of the bumper cover, fastened by a clip and provided with a forming part(22) formed in a lower part, and a bumper grille(30) placed in a lower part of the energy absorber and provided with an installation part(32) mounted in the forming part. The forming part is recessed for a rear part of the energy absorber.
