Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 다기능 정화기이며, 동력부분은 승용차용(제1도)에서 속도를 감지하는 쎈서(29)와 모터(27)에 큰기어(26)와, 그리고 화물차용(제2도)은 프로펠러축(35)에 큰기어(26)(여기서부터 제1도와 동일)를 중심으로 좌우 작은기어(25)에 동력축과 큰풀리(23)와 벨트(22)와 작은풀리(20)에 구성된 팬(19)에 1∼2차 상승한 동력은 자동차의 속도에 따라 팬의 속도를 4배로 증감하며, 매연은 프런트 파이프(6)와 머플러(7)2개와 2개로 구성된 센터 파이프(8)를 지나 연결파이프(9)에 연결된 좌우 공기통로(A)(B)에 분산하며, 먼지는 흡입판(2)과 밸브(3)을 지나 공기통로에서 먼지와 매연이 혼합되는 순간 뜨거운 열은 하락하고 또 열을 냉각하기 위해 위의 소음기 구조를 길게 구성하였으며, 정화기박스(12)필터(16)에서 정화한다. 정화기는 주행중 변속기와 프러펠러측에 의해 작동하며, 잠시 정지중인 자동차는 매연 역류를 밸브(3)가 차단하므로 정화기에 유입하여 정화한다. 제2도에서 프로펠러 축(35)과 동력부분에 스프링 연동으로 벨트(22)가 느러지는 현상을 알터네이터 풀리 로드(33)가 보호한다,
자동차는 현대 사회에 중요한 교통 수단이다. 그러나 자동차가 발생하는 대기오염으로 사람과 동식물 그리고 각종 시설물까지 적지않은 많은 피해를 본다.
자동차에 다기능 정화기를 설치한다면 매연과 먼지를 동시에 2가지를 정화하는 한편 정지중인 자동차 매연까지 정화하므로 대기오염은 대폭 감소하며, 공장에서 자동차의 일부분으로 생산 출고하여, 자동차 다기능 정화기를 법 제도 아래 잘 관리 한다면 대기오염 감소는 확실한 효과를 볼 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 본 발명은 제1도에서 엔진에 연결하여 있는 프런트 파이프(6)와 머플러(7 7') 2개 사이에 이중 쎈타 파이프(8)와 파이프(8')를 연결파이프(9) 중간에 구성하며 연결 파이프(9) 좌우에 공기통로(A)와(B)를 구성하므로 매연의 뜨거운 열을 냉각하기 위해 멀리 통과하는 한편, 사각조인트(1)와 하나로 형성하여 3가지 역활을 하는 「흙받이 겸 흡입판과 밸브(2∼3)」을 좌우 공기통로(A)(B) 하단부 전후 (4,5)와(4' 5')에 구성하고, 공기통로(A)(B) 배출구(10)에 정화기 박스(12)와 문(13) 내부 벽에 간격을 두고 보호망(14)(15)을 구성하여 필터(16)을 내설하며 정화기박스(12) 후면에 소음 감소와 외부 공기 유입을 차단하는 가스킷(17)과 입체원형 사각판(18)으로 구성하는 한편, 동력부분은 속도를 감지하는 감지선(30)과 썬서(29)와 모터(27)에 축설된 큰기어(26)을 구성하며, 큰기어(26)부터는 제1도 와 제2도가 좌우 동일한 동력 구조로 구성된바, 큰기어(26)를 중심으로 좌우 작은기어(25,25')에 동력축(24)과 큰풀리(23)에 연결하는 벨트(22)와 알터네이터풀리(21)와 작은풀리(20)에 축설된 팬(19)으로 구성하며, 제2도에는 프로펠러축(35)과 스프링의 연동으로 벨트가 처지는 현상을 방지하는 알터네이터 풀리로드(33)와 동력부분을 보호하는 보호카바(34)을 구성하므로써, 좌측 공기통로(B)구조와 동력부분 구조가 우측 공기통로(A)구조와 동력부분 구조에도 동일한 구조가 형성하여 자동차 주행중 타이어에서 발생하는 각종 먼지 와 매연을 정화 하는 일련의 자동차 다기능 정화기.
