Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴에 관한 것으로서, 후면 양측에 일체형으로 성형되어 공간부(18)가 형성된 제 1결합축(12)과, 판상의 제 2결합축(14)으로 형성되는 자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴에 있어서, 상기 제 1결합축(12)의 공간부(18)에 소정두께로 다수개 형성되는 보강대(22)와, 상기 제 2결합축(14) 내면과 안개램프 커버그릴(5) 후면을 연결하는 2개의 보강리브(24)가 형성되어 시간 경과와 열에 의하여 쉽게 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.

Description

자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴
본 고안은 자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 차동차의 범버페시아의 하단부 양측에 장착되는 안개램프 그릴 내측으로 돌출형성되어 범퍼페시아에 결합되는 결합축에 보강대를 형성하여 시간경과에 따른 변형이나 열에 의한 변형이 발생되는 것을 방지하도록 한 자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 전방과 후방에는 차량의 충돌시 충격에너지를 흡수하여 탑승자의 안전을 도모하도록 충격흡수 구조로된 프론트범퍼(Front Bumper)와 리어범퍼(Rear Bumper)를 구비한다.
상기한 프론트범퍼에는 자동차의 외관을 이루며 자동차의 바디에 고정되는 범퍼페시아가 구비되며, 이 범퍼페시아의 중앙부는 자동차의 번호판을 부착할 수 있도록 형성되며, 그 하단 양측으로는 안개램프가 장착될 수 있도록 취부홀이 형성된다.
한편 상기 취부홀을 통하여 안개램프를 장착하지 않는 자동차에 있어서는 이 취부홀을 외관상 막음하기 위하여 플라스틱 성형제인 안개램프 커버그릴이 구비된다.
첨부된 도면 도 1는 안개램프 커버그릴를 나타낸 사시도로서, 도시된 바와 같이 안개램프 커버그릴(5) 전면은 소정의 곡률을 이루는 타원형의 판상인 커버판(10)이 형성되며, 상기 커버판(10) 후면의 양측 끝단부에 일체로 형성되어, 이 커버판(10)을 범퍼페시아(도시생략)에 결합시키기 위하여 소정량 돌출 형성된 제 1,2결합축(12, 14)이 형성되며, 그 끝단부는 각각 플랜지(16, 16a)가 형성된다.
상기 제 1결합축(12)은 일측이 개구되어 공간부(18)가 형성되어 있는 대략 사각기둥 형상으로 형성되며, 이와 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 제 2결합축(14)은 판상으로 돌출 형성된다.
상기와 같이 형성된 안개램프 커버그릴(5)은 탄성력은 강하나 플라스틱 성형제로 형성되므로 시간의 경과나 열에 의하여 상기 결합축의 변형이 쉽게 발생되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 안개램프 커버그릴 후면에 돌출 형성된 제 1,2결합축 소정부위에 보강대와 보강리브를 다수개 형성하여, 상기 안개램프 커버그릴이 변형되는 것을 방지하도록 한 자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 후면 양측에 일체형으로 성형되어 공간부가 형성된 제 1결합축과, 판상의 제 2결합축으로 형성되는 자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴에 있어서, 상기 제 1결합축의 공간부에 소정두께로 다수개 형성되는 보강대와, 상기 제 2결합축 내면과 안개램프 커버그릴 후면을 연결하는 2개의 보강리브가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 예시도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명한다. 첨부된 도면 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 자동차의 범퍼페시아의 장착홀(도시생략)에 장착되는 안개램프 커버그릴(5)을 그 후면에 일체형으로 형성되어 일측이 개구되어 있음으로써, 공간부(18)가 형성되어 소정량 길게 돌출되어 있는 제 1결합축(12)에 상기 공간부(18) 내측 소정부위에 소정두께의 보강대(22)를 형성시키며, 이에함께 타측에 판상으로 돌출 형성된 제 2결합축(14)의 내측으로 상기 커버판으로부터 일체형으로 소정량 돌출도게 상기 제 2결합축(14)에 2개의 보강리브(24)가 덧대어 형성된. 특히, 상기 보강대(22)는 제 1결합축(12)의 길이방향에 수직하게 소정량 이격되어 즉 상/하단으로 형성된다.
위와 같이 자동차의 안개램프 커버그릴 후면에 범퍼페시아에 안개램프 커버그릴(5) 후면에 돌출 형성된 제 1,2결합축(12, 14) 에 이들의 변형을 방지하기 위하여 제 1결합축(12)의 공간부(18)내에 보강대(22)를 상/하단 연장시켜 형성하고, 제 2결합축(14)과 커버판(10)의 후면에 보강리브(24)를 덧대어 상기 안개램프 커버그릴(5)이 범퍼페시아에 장착될 때, 상기 제 1결합축(12)에 가해지는 가압력을 지탱할 수 있으며, 제 2결합축(14)은 쉽게 휘어지는 변형이 발생하지 않게 된다.
상기와 같이 본 고안에 의한 자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴 보강구조는 상기 안개램프 커버그릴 후면에 돌출 형성된 제 1,2결합축에 소정두께의 보강대와 보강리브를 형성하여 시간 경과와 열에 의하여 쉽게 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 후면 양측에 일체형으로 성형되어 공간부(18)가 형성된 제 1결합축(12)과, 판상의 제 2결합축(14)으로 형성되는 자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴에 있어서, 상기 제 1결합축(12)의 공간부(18)에 소정두께로 다수개 형성되는 보강대(22)와, 상기 제 2결합축(14) 내면과 안개램프 커버그릴(5) 후면을 연결하는 2개의 보강리브(24)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 안개램프 커버그릴.
