Abstract

본 고안은 안전표지판 내장형 트렁크리드에 관한 것으로, 차량 운행중 차량고장 등의 사고 발생시 안전표지판 미비로 인해 후방차량에 고장상황이 인식되지 못하거나 비상등을 점등한다 하더라도 고속주행시나 야간에는 진행하는 것인지 정지한 것인지 식별이 용이하지 않다는 등의 제반 문제점을 해소하기 위하여, 차량용 트렁크룸(2)의 트렁크리드(3)에 있어서, 상기 트렁크리드(3)의 일측 소정부위에 각각 부착되는 브라켓(6)과, 힌지(5)에 의하여 상기 브라켓(6)과 상단 양측이 각각 체결되는 내장형 안전표지판(10)과, 상기 안전표지판(10)을 트렁크리드(3)에 밀착ㆍ고정시킬 수 있도록 안전표지판(10)을 관통하여 트렁크리드(3)에 체결되는 스크류(11)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전표지판 내장형 트렁크리드를 제공하여, 안전표지판을 별도로 구입하지 않게 되므로 차량운행자의 경제적부담을 경감시킬 수 있으며, 사고발생시 고장차량임을 신속하고 간편하게 표시할 수 있어 추가적으로 발생될 사고의 가능성을 예방하는 효과가 있다.

Description

안전표지판 내장형 트렁크리드
본 고안은 안전표지판이 내장된 트렁크리드에 관한 것으로서, 특히 차량용 트렁크리드의 소정부위에 내장형 안전표지판을 부착하여 차량의 고장 등 비상시에 간편히 사용할 수 있게 함으로써, 추가적으로 발생될 수 있는 사고를 미연에 방지하며 차량 운행자의 안전과 편의를 도모하도록 한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 후측에는 트렁크룸(2)이 위치하며, 상기 트렁크룸(2)의 상측에는 힌지(4)로 회동되는 트렁크리드(3)가 위치하여 트렁크룸(2)을 여닫을 수 있게 하고 있다. 상기 트렁크룸에는 구급약상자, 소화기, 공구함등 차량운행에 필요한 각종 물품을 적재하게 된다.
차량 운행중 차량의 고장 등 비상사태가 발생하게 되면, 차량 진행방향의 후측으로 차량과 일정한 거리를 유지하고 안전표지판을 설치하여 추가적인 사고발생이 방지되도록 하고 있으나, 차량소유자중 별도로 안전표지판을 구비하고 운행하는 경우는 극히 드물며 안전표지판이 준비되어 있는 경우라도 설치작업이 번잡하여 해자드램프(HAZARD LAMP : 비상등)를 점등하는 정도의 조치를 취하는 것이 일반적이라 할 것이다.
그러나, 위와 같은 경우 안전표지판 미설치로 인해 후방차량에 고장상황이 인식되지 못하는 단점이 있으며, 비상등을 점등한다 하더라도 고속주행시나 야간에는 비상등을 켜고 진행하는 것인지 정지하여 있는 것인지 식별이 용이하지 않다는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 제반 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 트렁크리드의 일측 소정부위에 안전표지판을 내장하여 차량운행중 차량고장 등의 사고가 발생되었을 때 트렁크리드를 열고 내장형 안전표지판을 회동시켜 간단히 설치함으로써 후방차량에게 사고차량임을 인식시켜 이차적 추돌사고 발생의 위험을 방지하는데 그 목적이 있다.

상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 차량용 트렁크룸의 트렁크리드에 있어서, 상기 트렁크리드의 일측 소정부위에 각각 부착되는 브라켓과, 힌지핀에 의하여 상기 브라켓과 상단 양측이 각각 체결되는 내장형 안전표지판과, 상기 안전표지판을 트렁크리드에 밀착ㆍ고정시킬 수 있도록 안전표지판을 관통하여 트렁크리드에 체결되는 스크류로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
차량의 고장 등 사고발생 차량임을 나타내야 할 상황에서 운행자는, 트렁크리드를 열고 트렁크리드 내측에 고정된 안전표지판의 스크류를 풀면 안전표지판은 회동시켜 펼쳐지게 되며, 연결끈의 후크를 트렁크플로어판넬의 플랜지부에 구비된 걸림고리에 걸어 트렁크리드가 흔들림이 없이 적절한 높이에서 고정되도록 한다.
이하, 본 고안의 실시예를 예시도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명한다.
도1에 도시된 바와 같이, 차량의 후측에는 트렁크룸(2)이 위치하며, 상기 트렁크룸(2)의 상측에는 힌지(4)로 회동되는 트렁크리드(3)가 위치하여 트렁크룸(2)을 여닫을 수 있게 하고 있다. 상기 트렁크리드(3)의 일측에는 브라켓(6)이 소정의 간격을 두고 각각 장착되며, 상기 브라켓(6)의 사이에는 안전표지판(10)이 위치하되 힌지(5)에 의하여 상단 양측이 각각 브라켓(6)과 체결된다. 이에 따라, 상기 안전표지판(10)은 회동이 가능하게 된다.
또한, 상기 안전표지판(10)의 하단 일측에는 연결끈(7)이 구비되며, 상기 연결끈(7)의 일단에 후크(8)가 부착되어 있어, 상기 후크(8)를 트렁크플로어판넬(1)의 플랜지부에 구비된 걸림고리(9)에 걸어줌으로써 상기 트렁크리드(3)를 적절한 높이에서 흔들림없이 고정되게 된다. 또한, 상기 안전표지판(10)은 평상시에는 스크류(11)로 관통하여 상기 스크류(11)를 트렁크리드(3)에 체결시킴으로써, 상기 안전표지판(10)은 트렁크리드(3) 내측에 밀착ㆍ고정되게 된다.
상기와 같은 안전표지판(10)은 야간에 식별이 용이하도록 도안부분을 형광물질로 도포하는 것이 바람직하다.
위와 같이 트렁크리드(3)에 안전표지판(10)을 내장시킴으로써, 차량운행중 비상상황 발발시나 고장시 사고차량임을 인식시키기 위하여, 트렁크리드(3)를 열고 상기 안전표지판(10)을 고정시킨 스크류(11)를 풀어 안전표지판(10)이 펼쳐지게 한 후 후크(8)를 걸림고리(9)에 걸어 트렁크리드(3)를 적절한 높이로 고정시키고 흔들리지 않게 한다.
위와 같은 안전표지판 내장형 트렁크리드는, 종래 별도로 구입하여야 하는 안전표지판을 트렁크리드에 내장하고 있으므로, 차량운행자의 경제적부담을 경감시킬 수 있으며, 사고발생시 고장차량임을 신속하고 간편하게 표시할 수 있어 추가적으로 발생될 사고의 가능성을 예방하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 차량용 트렁크룸(2)의 트렁크리드(3)에 있어서,
    상기 트렁크리드(3)의 일측 소정부위에 각각 부착되는 브라켓(6)과, 힌지(5)에 의하여 상기 브라켓(6)과 상단 양측이 각각 체결되는 내장형 안전표지판(10)과, 상기 안전표지판(10)을 트렁크리드(3)에 밀착ㆍ고정시킬 수 있도록 안전표지판(10)을 관통하여 트렁크리드(3)에 체결되는 스크류(11)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전표지판 내장형 트렁크리드.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 안전표지판(10)의 하단 일측에 구비되며 일단으로 후크(8)를 부착한 연결끈(7)과, 상기 후크(8)에 상응하여 트렁크플로어판넬(1)의 플랜지부에 구비되는 걸림고리(9)를 추가로 설치함으로써 상기 트렁크리드(3)를 흔들리지 않게 고정시킬 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 안전표지판 내장형 트렁크리드.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 안전표지판(10)의 도안부분이 형광물질로 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 안전표지판 내장형 트렁크리드.
