본 고안은 자동차용 위험표지판에 관한 것으로, 특히 주행중 고장 및 사고시 고장 및 사고차량임을 표시하는 위험표지판을 트렁크 덮개에 고정보관하고 손쉽게 설치사용할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 위험표지판에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차는 주행중 정비불량등으로 돌발적인 고장이 발생하였을 경우에 주행도로 이외의 장소에 정차하거나 도로의 우측가장자리 구역에 정차하여 주의표지로서 위험표지판을 설치하여야 한다.
그리고 상기한 위험표지판은 주행중 고장등과 같은 사고가 발생하였을 경우에 대비하여 고장 및 사고차량임을 주행중인 다른차에 알려주기 위해서 차내에 구비하여 식별가능하도록 일정장소에 설치하게 되어있기 때문에 통상 운전자들은 위험표지판을 트렁크 또는 기타 장소에 보관하고 있다.
그러나 통상 상기 위험표지판을 구비할 수 있는 일정장소가 자동차내에 정해져 있지 않고 상기처럼 트렁크나 기타 장소에 보관하기 때문에 정확한 장소를 잊어버리면 어디에 두었는지 한참 찾아야 하는 불편함이 많고, 또한 운전자들의 의식부족 및 위험표지판이 즉시 눈에 띄지 않아 주행중 차의 고장 및 사고시에도 위험표지판을 설치하지 않으며, 보관잘못으로 분실됐을 경우는 고장 및 사고시 위험표지판을 설치하지 못함으로써 충돌사고가 발생할 소지가 있는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기의 문제점을 고려하여 위험표지판을 트렁크 덮개에 고정보관시켜 손쉽게 찾도록 하고 트렁크 덮개에 설치사용할 수 있도록 하므로써 사고를 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 위험표지판을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적은 트렁크 덮개의 내측면에는 위험표지판을 고정보관할 수 있도록 잠금구와 고정구를 형성하여 결합공을 가진 체결편과 설치공을 가진 끼움편이 형성된 위험표지판을 상기 트렁크 덮개의 고정 보관시키고, 트렁크 덮개의 선단부에는 위험표지판을 설치할 수 있도록 결고리를 형성하여 상기 설치공을 결고리에 끼워 위험 표지판을 설치사용함으로써 달성되는 것이다.
이하, 상기의 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 그 구체적인 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 고안을 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 위험표지판의 고정보관 및 설치사용을 위한 위험표지판과 트렁크 덮개의 구조를 도시한 것이고, 제2도는 잠금구와 결합공을 가진 체결편을 확대하여 도시한 것으로서 서로 결합시 잠금구가 회동되어 고정된다는 것을 나타낸 것이고, 제3도는 위험표지판이 트렁크 덮개에 고정보관된 상태를 도시한 것이고, 제4도는 위험표지판의 사용상태를 도시한 것이고, 제5도는 위험표지판의 사용상태 측면도를 나타낸 것으로서, 본 고안은 위험 표지판의 고정보관을 용이하도록 하기 위해서 트렁크 덮개(10)의 내측면에 고정되어 회전되는 잠금구(11)와 함실을 가진 고정구(12)를 형성하고, 위험표지판(20)에는 결합공(22a)을 가진 체결편(22)과 설치공(21a)을 가진 끼움편(21)을 형성하며, 상기 위험표지판(20)의 설치사용을 용이하도록 하기 위해서 트렁크 덮개(10)의 선단부에는 걸고리(13)를 형성하여 구성한 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성한 트렁크 덮개(10)의 고정구(12)에 위험표지판(20)의 끼움편(21)을 끼운후, 잠금구(11)에 위험표지판(20)의 결합공(22a)을 끼워 잠금구(11)를 제2도와 제3도에 도시한 바와같이 회전시킴에 따라 트렁크 덮개(10)에 고정되어 보관되는 것이고, 이후 잠금구(11)를 원위치로 돌려 잠금구(11)에서 체결편(22)을 빼내고, 고정구(12)에서 끼움편(21)을 빼내어 위험표지판(20)을 분리시킨다음 제4도와 제5도에 도시한 바와같이 트렁크 덮개(10)의 선단부에 형성한 걸고리(13)에 위험표지판 끼움편(21)의 설치공(21a)을 끼워 설치하므로써 주행중 차의 고장 및 사고시에 주의표지로서 사용할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이렇게 위험표지판을 일정장소인 트렁크 덮개에 보관할 수 있도록 본 고안을 구성하므로써 첫째, 일정장소에 보관하지 않아 발생되는 망실(忘失)의 우려가 해소되며 손쉽게 위험표지판을 찾을수 있고, 둘째, 위험표지판을 트렁크 덮개에 고정보관하여 눈에 즉시 보이게끔 하고, 설치부위를 일정장소로 정하여 둠으로써 위험표지판의 분실율을 줄일수 있고, 주행중 차의 고장 및 사고시에 위험표지판의 설치율을 높여 사고율을 줄일수 있는 효과가 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 고안은 주행중 고장 및 사고시에 주행중인 차가 사고차를 식별할 수 있도록 설치하게끔 되어 있는 위험표지판을 손쉽게 찾고 눈에 즉시 보일수 있도록 일정장소인 트렁크 덮개에 보관을 하고, 또, 트렁크 덮개 선단부에 걸고리를 형성하여 고장 및 사고시에 손쉽게 즉시 설치사용 가능하도록 한 고안이다.

  1. 트렁크 덮개(10)의 내면에 위험표지판(20)을 설치함에 있어서, 트렁크 덮개(10) 내면에는 소정간격으로 이격되게 잠금구(11)와 고정구(12) 및 걸고리(13)를 설치하여, 위험표지판(20)의 한쪽 변에는 상기 잠금구(11)에 끼워져 괘정되는 결합공(22a)을 형성하고, 그 반대쪽에는 상기 고정구(12)에 끼워지면서 결고리(13)에 걸릴수 있도록 설치공(21a)이 구비된 끼움편(21)을 돌설하여 위험표지판(20)을 트렁크 덮개(10)내면에서 탈착 가능하면서 걸고리(13)에 걸어 사용토록한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 위험표지판의 설치구조.
