技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的功能性安全标志牌，更为详细地讲，涉及一种汽车用功能性安全标志牌，将利用磁铁附着在后备箱盖(trunklid)内面的安全标志牌进行展开来设置，因此易于设置及拆卸，从而减少麻烦，并易于后方的驾驶者辨认安全标志牌，从而有助于安全驾驶，并通常在后备箱(trunk)内部易于携带。
背景技术
一般情况下，在道路上车辆发生故障或者事故时，安全标志牌作为为了引起从后方驶来的车辆的注意的信号，在两个矩形板的一侧前端附着合页(hinge)来进行旋转，因此随着形成类似于∧字形态的截面，从而将展开的一侧前端作为媒介立在地面，在两侧的矩形板上附着有易于识别的红色或黄色等的夜光贴纸，从而即使在夜间也可易于识别，但是其缺点在于，通常非常不易携带及设置。
发明内容
本发明的提出是为了改善所述问题，其目的在于提供一种汽车用功能性安全标志牌，将利用磁铁附着在后备箱盖(trunklid)内面的安全标志牌进行展开来设置，因此易于设置及拆卸，从而减少麻烦，并易于后方的驾驶者辨认安全标志牌，从而有助于安全驾驶，并通常在后备箱(trunk)内部易于携带。
本发明包括：上部壳体20，在上部壳体20的内部形成空间部，并在上部表面附着多个磁铁22；安全标志牌支撑架40，其通过折页42连接在上部壳体20的前侧；安全标志牌10，三角形形状的上板14和下板16以重叠的形态附着，并在上板14表面设置多个发光二极管(LED)11、11'，在上板14表面的各个角设置激光束(laserbeam)50，并且通过螺栓(bolt)附着于安全标志牌支撑架40，在安全标志牌的后面中间部位附着折页12，在安全标志牌的后面连接有连接线60；以及下部盖体(cover)30，其通过折页32连接在上部壳体20的后侧。
本发明作为附着在汽车后备箱盖内侧面的安全标志牌，其是一个实用的发明，将利用磁铁附着在后备箱盖(trunklid)内面的安全标志牌进行展开来设置，因此易于设置及拆卸，从而减少麻烦，并易于后方的驾驶者辨认安全标志牌，从而有助于安全驾驶，并通常在后备箱(trunk)内部易于携带。

以下，参照附图，对本发明的优选实施例的用于汽车的功能性安全标志牌进行详细说明。

本发明涉及一种用于汽车的功能性安全标志牌，其作为附着在汽车后备箱盖100内侧面的安全标志牌，其包括：
上部壳体(case)20，在上部壳体20的内部形成空间部，以便保管安全标志牌10，并且在上部表面附着多个磁铁22，以便附着在汽车后备箱盖100内侧面；
安全标志牌支撑架40，其通过折页42连接在上部壳体20的前侧；
安全标志牌10，三角形形状的上板14和下板16以重叠的形态附着，在上板14表面设置多个发光二极管(LED)11、11'，在上板14表面的各个角设置激光束(laserbeam)50，并且通过螺栓(bolt)附着于安全标志牌支撑架40，在安全标志牌的后面中间部位附着折页12，以便将安全标志牌的中间折叠，并且在安全标志牌的后面连接有连接线60；以及
下部盖体(cover)30，其通过折页32连接在上部壳体20的后侧。
本发明中，激光束在下部附着用于调节角度的内部轴承(bearing)52。
如图1至图8所示，本发明涉及一种附着在汽车后备箱盖100的内侧面的安全标志牌。如果附着本发明的安全标志牌，则驾驶者在道路上行进中发生车辆故障以及事故时，向道路边缘的安全地带移动车辆后，翻开后备箱盖100，然后将上部壳体20的磁铁22附着在后备箱盖100的内侧面，从而展开安全标志牌10，则向后方车辆的驾驶者提供准确的前方安全状况，从而有助于安全驾驶。在处理车辆故障及事故后，摘除安全标志牌10，再次折叠保管在后备箱内部，可以更加便利、容易地保管安全标志牌10。
如图1至图8所示，在本发明中，上部壳体20为了保管安全标志牌10，在上部壳体20的内部形成空间部，并且为了可以附着在汽车的后备箱盖100的内侧面，在上部表面附着有多个磁铁22。此外，如图1至图8所示，安全标志牌支撑架40通过折页42连接在上部壳体20的前侧。
如图1至图8所示，在本发明中，就安全标志牌10而言，三角形形状的上板14和下板16以重叠的形态附着，在上板14表面设置多个发光二极管(LED)11、11'，在上板14表面的各个角上设置激光束50，通过螺栓附着于安全标志牌支撑架40，在安全标志牌的后面中间部位附着折页12，以便将安全标志牌的中间折叠，并且在安全标志牌的后面连接有连接线60，下部盖体30通过折页32连接在上部壳体20的后侧。
如图7至图8所示，在本发明中，在激光束下部安装用于调节角度的内部轴承52，可以向上下左右方向调节激光束的角度，向后方车辆的驾驶者提供准确的前方安全状况，从而有助于安全驾驶。
本发明的特征在于，在激光束的前方镜头(lens)设置形成有“危险”或“危险显示标志”的镜片(lens)，从而将“危险”或“危险显示标志”表示在路面上。
所述本发明是一种非常实用的发明，因为激光束可以将光射向远处，所以在道路上发生事故时驾驶者即使不移动安全标志牌，也可以通过向道路的远距离处发射激光束，从而使后方车辆辨认，有助于预防交通事故中的二次事故。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于汽车的功能性安全标志牌，其涉及附着在汽车后备箱盖(100)的内侧面的安全标志牌，其特征在于，包括：
上部壳体(20)，在上部壳体(20)的内部形成空间部，以便保管安全标志牌(10)，并且能够以附着在汽车的后备箱盖(100)内侧面的方式形成；
安全标志牌支撑架(40)，其通过折页(42)连接在上部壳体(20)的前侧；
安全标志牌(10)，三角形形状的上板(14)和下板(16)以重叠的形态附着，在上板(14)表面设置多个LED(11、11')或灯，在上板(14)表面的各个角或一侧设置激光束(50)，并且通过螺栓附着于安全标志牌支撑架(40)，在安全标志牌的后面中间部位附着折页(12)，以便可将安全标志牌的中间折叠，并且在安全标志牌的后面连接有连接线(60)；以及
下部盖体(30)，其通过折页(32)连接在上部壳体(20)的后侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车的功能性安全标志牌，其特征在于，所述激光束在下部安装用于调节角度的内部轴承(52)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车的功能性安全标志牌，其特征在于，在所述上部壳体(20)的上部表面形成多个磁铁(22)，并且以可装卸的方式形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车的功能性安全标志牌，其特征在于，在所述激光束的前方镜头设置形成有“危险”或危险显示标志的镜片，从而将“危险”或危险显示标志表示在路面上。
