Abstract

본 고안은 버스가 주행중 고장으로 인해 도로가에 정차할 경우 고장 차량임을 알리는 안정표시판의 설치 및 보관을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 개선한 버스의 안전표시장치에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 특징에 따르면, 엔진이 탑재된 버스의 뒷부분에 위치한 엔진룸(300)이 개폐될 수 있도록, 상기 엔진룸(300)의 개폐구(350)에 상단이 힌지(310) 결합되고, 양단이 가스스프링(320)으로 결합되며, 상기 힌지(310)를 중심으로 회동되도록 형성된 버스의 리어엔진도어(200)에 있어서, 상기 리어엔진도어(200)의 내측면에 안전표시판(100)을 설치하되, 상기 안전표시판(100)의 상측 양 모서리 부위에 스크류(111)를 체결하여 리어엔진도어(200) 내측면과 결합하고, 상기 안전 표시판(100)의 하측인 리어엔진도어(200)의 내측면에 지지핀(120)을 한쌍 형성하며, 상기 지지핀(120)과 안전표시판(100)의 하측을 연결고리(130)로 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 버스의 안전표시장치가 제공된다.

Description

버스의 안전표시장치
본 고안은 버스의 안전표시장치에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세히는 버스가 주행중 고장으로 인해 도로가에 정차할 경우 고장 차량임을 알리는 안정표시판의 설치 및 보관을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 개선한 버스의 안전표시장치에 관한 것이다.
도 1은 종래에 안전표시판이 설치된 것을 나타낸 요부사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 A-A 단면도이다. 일반적으로 버스가 일반도로나 고속도로를 주행하다가 버스의 고장으로 인해 도로가에 정차할 경우, 상기 버스가 고장 차량임을 알리기 위해 도 1 에 도시한 바와같이 안전표시판(10)을 버스의 뒷방향에 설치하며, 상기 안전표시판(10)은 별도로 제작되어 대부분 버스의 실내나 측면에 구비된 보관함(20)에 보관하였다.
그러나 이와 같이 보관된 안전표시판은 미리 구비하지 못하거나 설사 구비하여도 그 관리를 소흘히 하다 보면 파손되거나 분실되어 막상 버스가 고장 차량임을 알리기 위해 안전표시판을 설치하고자 하여도 사용되지 못하고 시트등과 같은 물건으로 고장차량임을 알리는 경우가 빈번하게 발생되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 전술한 바와 같은 종래의 문제점에 착안하여 제안된 것으로, 고장 및 수리중인 차량임을 알리는 안전표시판의 설치 및 보관이 용이하도록 구성한 버스의 안전표시장치를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.

본 고안의 특징에 따르면, 엔진이 탑재된 버스의 뒷부분에 위치한 엔진룸(300)이 개폐될 수 있도록, 상기 엔진룸(300)의 개폐구(350)에 상단이 힌지(310) 결합되고, 양단이 가스스프링(320)으로 결합되며, 상기 힌지(310)를 중심으로 회동되도록 형성된 버스의 리어엔진도어(200)에 있어서, 상기 리어엔진도어(200)의 내측면에 안전표시판(100)을 설치하되, 상기 안전표시판(100)의 상측 양 모서리 부위에 스크류(111)를 체결하여 리어엔진도어(200) 내측면과 결합하고, 상기 안전 표시판(100)의 하측인 리어엔진도어(200)의 내측면에 지지핀(120)을 한쌍 형성하며, 상기 지지핀(120)과 안전표시판(100)의 하측을 연결고리(130)로 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 버스의 안전표시장치가 제공된다.
이하에서 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 설명한다. 도 3은 버스의 리어엔진도어에 본 고안을 적용한 것을 나타낸 요부사시도이고, 도 4는 본 고안의 사용 상태도이다. 도시한 바와같이 버스의 안전표시장치는 엔진이 탑재된 엔진룸(300)의 개폐구(350)와 힌지(310) 결합되어 힌지(310)를 중심으로 회동되며 상기 개폐구(350)를 개폐시키는 리어엔진도어(200)의 내측면에 고장 또는 수리 차량임을 알리는 안전표시판(100)을 설치한 것으로서, 상기 안전표시판(100)은 사각플레이트 형상으로 중앙부위에 정지 표시를 도시하고, 양모서리 부위에 나사공(101)을 형성하며, 상측 모서리 부위에 체결공(102)을 형성한다.
상기 안전표시판(100)의 체결공(102)에서 하측으로 나란하게 연장되어 위치한 리어엔진도어(200)의 소정부위에 지지핀(120)을 형성하고, 상기 지지핀(120)과 안전표시판(100)의 체결공(102)을 체인형 연결고리(130)로 결합하며, 상기 안전표시판(100)의 나사공(101)에 스크류(111)를 체결하여 안전표시판(100)을 리어엔진도어(200)의 내측면에 결합한다.
이와 같이 형성한 본 고안은 버스가 도로 주행중 고장으로 인하여 도로의 가장자리에 정차시키고, 고장 차량임을 다른 차량에게 알리려 할 경우, 버스의 뒷부분인 엔진룸(300)의 개폐구(350)를 개폐하는 리어엔진도어(200)를 힌지(310)를 중심으로 상향 회동시켜 상기 리어엔진도어(200)의 내측면에 설치된 안전표시판(100)을 외부로 돌출 시킨다. 이렇게 돌출시킨 안전표시판(100)은 상기 리어엔진도어(200)가 180도 완전히 열리지 않고 90도 이상 180도 이하로 기울어지기 때문에, 이에 결합된 안전표시판(100)도 기울어져 외부에서 잘 보이지 않는다. 이때, 상기 안전표시판(100)의 나사공(101)에 체결되어 안전표시판(100)을 리어엔진도어(200)에 결합시킨 스크류(111)를 탈거하여, 상기 안전표시판(100)을 연결고리(130)에 의해 리어엔진도어(200)에 매달리게 함으로써 외부에서 안전표시판(100)의 확인을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하였다.
이상에서 설명한 본 고안에 따르면, 리어엔진도어의 내측면에 고장 또는 수리 차량임을 알리는 안전표시판을 설치함으로써, 별도로 안전표시판을 보관할 경우 발생하는 안전표시판의 파손이나 분실의 염려가 없고, 리어엔진도어 만을 열어 언제 어디서나 간편하게 안전표시판을 설치할 수 있으며, 안전표시판 미설치로 인한 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 엔진이 탑재된 버스의 뒷부분에 위치한 엔진룸(300)이 개폐될 수 있도록, 상기 엔진룸(300)의 개폐구(350)에 상단이 힌지(310) 결합되고, 양단이 가스스프링(320)으로 결합되며, 상기 힌지(310)를 중심으로 회동되도록 형성된 버스의 리어엔진도어(200)에 있어서, 상기 리어엔진도어(200)의 내측면에 안전표시판(100)을 설치하되, 상기 안전표시판(100)의 상측 양 모서리 부위에 스크류(111)를 체결하여 리어엔진도어(200) 내측면과 결합하고, 상기 안전 표시판(100)의 하측인 리어엔진도어(200)의 내측면에 지지핀(120)을 한쌍 형성하며, 상기 지지핀(120)과 안전표시판(100)의 하측을 연결고리(130)로 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 버스의 안전표시장치.
