[실험예] 식물 생육 실험[Experimental example] Plant growth experiment

Claims (7)
상기 광물 분말 재료에 구리(Cu), 팔라듐(Pd), 백금(Pt) 및 은(Ag) 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 전이금속물질을 포함하는 금속 첨가제 및 분산제를 첨가하고 교반하여 광물 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
함침 공정을 수행하여 상기 광물 혼합물로부터 상기 전이금속물질로 함침 처리된 상기 광물 분말 재료를 포함하는 제1 광물 분말을 수득하는 단계;
상기 제1 광물 분말과, 볏짚, 밀짚, 보리짚, 수수대, 옥수수대, 콩대 및 목화대 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 초본 식물의 분쇄물과, 도토리 분말 및 감귤박 분말의 혼합 식물 분말을 포함하는 식물성 분말 재료, 녹차 추출물, 울금 추출물, 인진쑥 추출물 및 유카 추출물을 포함하는 천연식물 추출물, 프로폴리스, 유기산 게르마늄, 목초액 및 정제수를 혼합하고 교반하여 베이스 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 베이스 혼합물에 락토바실러스 발효물을 첨가하고 숙성 공정을 수행하여 발효 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 발효 혼합물에 황토 및 규조토를 포함하는 제2 광물 분말, pH 조절제, 바인더를 첨가하고 교반하여 성형 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 성형 혼합물을 이용한 성형 공정을 수행하여 구형 또는 펠릿 형태의 토지 개량 성형물을 제조하는 단계; 및
미강유, 대두유, 옥수수유 및 코코넛 오일 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 천연식물성 유지, 라벤더 추출물, 로즈마리 추출물 및 자스민 추출물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 허브 추출물, 및 알긴산나트륨, 아라비아검, 트라가칸트검 및 젤라틴 중 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 안정제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 이용하여 상기 토지 개량 성형물을 코팅 처리하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 광물 분말 재료는 펄라이트, 제올라이트, 맥반석 및 페그마타이트를 포함하는 원료 광물을 900 내지 1100℃의 온도에서 120 내지 180분 동안 제1 소성한 후 0.1 내지 1mm의 입자 크기를 갖도록 분쇄하고, 분쇄된 소성 분쇄물을 1100 내지 1300℃의 온도에서 90 내지 120분 동안 제2 소성하여 제조되고,
상기 광물 혼합물은 펄라이트, 제올라이트, 맥반석 및 페그마타이트의 소성 분쇄물이 1:0.5~1:0.5~1:0.1~0.5의 중량비로 혼합된 광물 분말 재료 50 내지 60 중량%, 구리(Cu), 팔라듐(Pd), 백금(Pt) 및 은(Ag) 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 전이금속물질을 포함하는 금속 첨가제 1 내지 3 중량% 및 잔여의 분산제를 혼합 후 교반하여 제조되고,
상기 베이스 혼합물은 총 중량 대비 상기 제1 광물 분말 30 내지 40 중량%, 볏짚, 밀짚, 보리짚, 수수대, 옥수수대, 콩대 및 목화대 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 초본 식물의 분쇄물, 도토리 분말 및 감귤박 분말이 1:0.1~0.5:0.1~0.5의 중량비로 혼합된 식물성 분말 재료 25 내지 30 중량%, 녹차 추출물, 울금 추출물, 인진쑥 추출물 및 유카 추출물이 1:1:1:1의 중량비로 혼합된 천연식물 추출물 1 내지 5 중량%, 프로폴리스 0.5 내지 2 중량%, 유기산 게르마늄 0.1 내지 1 중량%, 목초액 5 내지 10 중량% 및 잔여의 정제수를 포함하도록 제조되는 토지 개량제의 제조 방법.
