Claims (7)
- 피부에 주입되어 피부의 주름 개선 및 모양 형성에 기여하는 피부 필러 조성물의 제조방법이고,
히알루론산 및 히알루론산염으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 비가교 히알루론산을 준비하는 제1단계;
히알루론산 및 히알루론산염으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 비가교 히알루론산과 가교제를 반응시켜, 히알루론산 및 히알루론산염으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 비가교 히알루론산이 가교제에 의해 가교 결합된 가교 히알루론산을 생성하는 제2단계;
생체 적합성 미립자를 준비하는 제3단계; 및
상기 비가교 히알루론산, 가교 히알루론산, 생체 적합성 미립자 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)을 혼합하는 제4단계를 포함하고,
상기 제2단계에서는, 상기 가교제로서 푸마르산을 사용하되, 상기 히알루론산 및 히알루론산염으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 비가교 히알루론산과 상기 푸마르산을 2 ~ 3 : 0.01 ~ 0.5의 중량비로 포함하는 반응물을 차아인산염(hypophosphite)의 존재 하에서 80℃ ~ 160℃의 온도에서 2시간 ~ 4시간 동안 에스테르화 가교 반응시켜 푸마르산-가교 히알루론산을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 필러 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)은 200 ~ 600의 중량평균분자량(MW)을 가지는 것을 사용하고,
상기 제3단계에서는, 상기 생체 적합성 미립자로서 폴리카프로락톤(PCL) 미립자를 준비하되, 디클로로메탄에 폴리카프로락톤(PCL)을 녹인 폴리카프로락톤(PCL) 용액과, 증류수에 메틸셀룰로오스(MC)를 분산시킨 분산 용액을 준비한 후, 상기 폴리카프로락톤(PCL) 용액과 분산 용액을 교반시켜 에멀젼이 형성되도록 한 다음, 폴리카프로락톤(PCL) 미립자를 여과 분리하여 준비하며,
상기 제4단계에서는, 이눌린(Inulin), 이소플라본(Isoflavone) 및 비타민 C를 더 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 필러 조성물의 제조방법.
