현미, 보리, 찹쌀, 율무를 공지의 방법으로 알파화시켜 건조시킨 것을 배전한 후 분쇄기로 입도 60 메쉬의 분말로 제조하였다. 검정콩, 검정깨, 들깨도 공지의 방법으로 쪄서 건조시킨 것을 배전한 후 분쇄기로 입도 60 메쉬의 분말로 제조하였다. 본 발명의 유효물질을 진공 농축기에서 감압농축하고 건조분말을 얻었다. 상기에서 제조한 곡물류, 종실류 및 유효물질의 건조분말을 다음의 비율로 배합하여 제조하였다.Brown rice, barley, glutinous rice, and adlay were alphanized by a known method, dried, roasted, and then prepared into a powder having a particle size of 60 mesh using a grinder.
