Abstract
본 발명의 제1관점에 의하면, 외층과 내층을 구비하며, 내용물의 감소에 따라 상기 내층이 상기 외층으로부터 박리되면서 수축하는 적층박리용기에 있어서, 상기 내층은 EVOH로부터 이루어지는 EVOH층을 최외층으로 구비하는 적층박리용기가 제공된다.

Claims (7)
- 외층과 내층을 구비하고, 내용물의 감소에 따라 상기 내층에 의해 구성된 내측주머니가 상기 외층에 의해 구성된 외각으로부터 박리되어 수축하는 적층박리용기에 있어서,
상기 내층은 EVOH로부터 이루어지는 EVOH층을 최외층으로 구비하고,
상기 EVOH는 에틸렌 함유량이 32 mol% 이하이고, 굴곡탄성률이 2350 MPa 이하이고,
상기 외층은 상기 적층박리용기의 성형시에 나오는 버(burr)를 재활용하여 사용한 리플로우층을 구비하는, 적층박리용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 EVOH는 에틸렌 함유량이 25 mol% 이상인, 적층박리용기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 EVOH는 굴곡탄성률이 1800 MPa 이상인, 적층박리용기. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 내층은, 상기 EVOH층의 용기 내면측에 설치된 내면층과, 상기 EVOH층과 상기 내면층의 사이에 설치된 접착층을 구비하고,
상기 내면층을 구성하는 수지의 인장탄성율은 70~200 MPa인, 적층박리용기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 내층은, 상기 EVOH층의 용기 내면측에 설치된 내면층과, 상기 EVOH층과 상기 내면층의 사이에 설치된 접착층을 구비하고,
상기 내면층은 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로부터 이루어지는, 적층박리용기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 적층박리용기의 상기 내측주머니를 상기 외각으로부터 예비 박리하는 공정과,
상기 내측주머니에 내용물을 충전하기 전에 상기 내측주머니를 부풀리는 공정과,
상기 내측주머니를 부풀린 후에 상기 내측주머니 내에 내용물을 충전하는 공정을 포함하는,
내용물이 충전된 적층박리용기의 제조방법.
