Claims (14)
- 액체 시료 중의 피검출 물질을 검출하는 검사 키트용 막 담체로서,
상기 액체 시료를 수송할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 유로를 구비하고,
상기 유로의 바닥면에 상기 액체 시료를 수송하기 위한 모세관 작용을 발생시키는 미세 구조로서, 볼록부의 총체이고, 복수의 볼록부 사이의 공간이 액체 시료를 막 담체의 표면을 따라 수송하는 상기 유로로서 기능하는 구조가 설치되며,
막 담체가 액체 시료의 수송 방향을 따라 복수의 영역으로 나누어져 있고 인접하는 상기 영역들이 서로 다른 미세 구조를 가지는 액체 시료 검사 키트용 막 담체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미세 구조는 상기 유로 내에서의 상기 액체 시료의 유속이 상기 유로 내에서 변화하도록 설치되어 있는 액체 시료 검사 키트용 막 담체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미세 구조는 상기 유로 내에서의 상기 액체 시료의 가장 작은 유속과 가장 큰 유속의 비가 1 초과 10 이하가 되도록 설치되어 있는 액체 시료 검사 키트용 막 담체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미세 구조는 상기 유로 내에서의 상기 액체 시료의 가장 작은 유속과 가장 큰 유속이 모두 0.30mm/s 이상 5.0mm/s 이하가 되도록 설치되어 있는 액체 시료 검사 키트용 막 담체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미세 구조의 높이가 상기 유로 내에서 10μm 이상 500μm 이하인 액체 시료 검사 키트용 막 담체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미세 구조의 바닥 면적이 상기 유로 내에서 75μm2 이상 250000μm2 이하인 액체 시료 검사 키트용 막 담체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미세 구조끼리의 최근접 거리가 상기 유로 내에서 500μm 이하인 액체 시료 검사 키트용 막 담체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미세 구조의 애스펙트비가 0.1 이상 2.0 이하인 액체 시료 검사 키트용 막 담체. - 액체 시료 중의 피검출 물질을 검출하는 액체 시료 검사 키트로서,
청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액체 시료 검사 키트용 막 담체를 구비하고,
상기 막 담체는 상기 액체 시료 중의 상기 피검출 물질을 검출하는 검지 존을 가지며,
상기 검지 존에서 상기 피검출 물질이 검출되었을 때에 색변화가 발생하는 액체 시료 검사 키트. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 액체 시료 중의 상기 피검출 물질과 특이적으로 반응하는 항체 또는 그 항원 결합성 단편을 갖는 표지체가 상기 피검출 물질과 반응할 수 있도록 상기 액체 시료 검사 키트의 적어도 일부에 설치되어 있고,
상기 색변화는 상기 피검출 물질과 결합한 상기 표지체에 의해 발생하는 액체 시료 검사 키트. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 표지체가 착색 라텍스 입자 또는 형광 라텍스 입자에 상기 항체 또는 상기 항원 결합성 단편이 결합된 입자인 액체 시료 검사 키트. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 검지 존에는 상기 피검출 물질을 검출하는 검출 물질이 고정되어 있고,
상기 색변화는 상기 표지체가 상기 검출 물질에 의해 상기 검지 존에 보유되어 색을 나타냄으로써 발생하는 액체 시료 검사 키트. - 청구항 9에 기재된 액체 시료 검사 키트의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 검지 존에 상기 피검출 물질을 상기 검지 존에 보유함으로써 상기 색변화를 발생시키는 검출 물질을 고정하는 공정을 구비하는 액체 시료 검사 키트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 9에 기재된 액체 시료 검사 키트를 이용하는 액체 시료의 검사 방법으로서,
상기 액체 시료와, 상기 액체 시료 중의 피검출 물질과 특이적으로 결합하는 표지체를 혼합하여 혼합 액체 시료를 조제하고, 상기 피검출 물질과 상기 표지체를 서로 결합시키는 공정과,
상기 혼합 액체 시료를 상기 막 담체에 설치된 적하 존에 적하하는 공정과,
상기 미세 구조에 의해 상기 혼합 액체 시료를 상기 적하 존에서 상기 검지 존으로 수송하는 공정과,
상기 검지 존에서의 색변화를 검지하는 공정을 구비하는 액체 시료의 검사 방법.
