시험예 6: 피부 중금속 제거 효과 Test Example 6: Skin heavy metal removal effect

돼지 피부(1cm * 1cm) 시료 2개를 100ppm 납용액과 카드뮴 용액에 각각 90분 동안 침지한 후, 상온에서 건조시킨 뒤 실시예 10과 대조예 2의 클렌징 폼을 도포하여 세정한 후 유도결합플라즈마 질량분석기(ICP-MS)를 통해 피부 내 중금속 잔여량을 통해서 제거율을 측정하였다. 제거율은 중금속 제거 후 시료의 농도를 제거 전 시료의 농도로 나눠 계산하였고 그 결과를 하기 표 9에 나타내었다.Two samples of pig skin (1 cm * 1 cm) were immersed in 100 ppm lead solution and cadmium solution for 90 minutes, respectively, dried at room temperature, and then washed by applying the cleansing foam of Example 10 and Control Example 2, followed by inductively coupled plasma The removal rate was measured through the residual amount of heavy metals in the skin through mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
