Claims (6)
- 제1전극;
상기 제1전극과 대향되도록 배치되는 제2전극; 및
상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극 사이에 배치되는 분리막을 포함하고,
상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극은 각각 다수개의 기공이 형성되는 개포형 발포 금속(open cell type metal foam)과, 상기 다수개의 기공을 통해 상기 개포형 발포 금속의 일면이나 타면에 돌출되게 형성되는 전극 활물질을 포함하며, 상기 개포형 발포 금속은 제1금속 분말을 용융시킨 후 용융 금속에 증점제로 칼슘(Ca)를 혼합하여 용융 금속의 점도를 증가시킨 후 용융 금속에 전도성 섬유 분말을 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하며, 상기 혼합물에 발포제로 수산화 티타늄(TiH2)을 혼합한 후 600 내지 700℃로 유지하여 혼합물을 발포시킨 후 상기 혼합물이 발포되면 혼합물을 냉각시켜 형성되며, 상기 전도성 섬유 분말은 제2금속분말과 카본 나노 섬유(carbon nano fiber)의 혼합물이 사용되고, 상기 카본 나노 섬유는 평균 입경이 상기 제1금속 분말의 평균입경보다 작은 카본 나노 섬유 분말이 사용되며, 상기 제2금속 분말의 평균 입경은 상기 카본 나노 섬유 분말보다 작은 것이 사용되며, 상기 개포형 발포 금속은 기공율이 85 내지 98%이며 비중이 0.5 ~ 1.2가 되도록 형성되는 EDLC(electric double layer capacitor). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1금속 분말은 평균 입경이 1 내지 10㎜인 알루미늄 분말이 사용되며, 상기 전도성 섬유 분말은 카본 나노 섬유와 제2금속분말을 볼밀링 방법을 이용해 혼합하거나 카본 나노 섬유의 표면에 제2금속분말을 도금하여 형성되는 EDLC. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증점제는 제1금속 분말 대비 5 내지 15wt%가 첨가되며, 상기 발포제는 용융 금속 대비 10 내지 20wt%가 첨가되는 EDLC. - 삭제

상기 전극 활물질은 활성탄 80 내지 90wt%와 도전제 8 내지 15wt%와 바인더 2 내지 5wt%로 이루어지며, 상기 도전제는 슈퍼-피(Super-P), 케쳔블랙(ketjen black) 및 카본블랙(carbon black) 중 하나가 사용되며, 상기 바인더는 PVDF(polyvinylidene difluoride), PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene), SBR(styrene butadiene rubber) 및 CMC(carboxymethylcellulose) 중 하나가 사용되는 EDLC.
