Claims (7)
- 삭제
- 정제수에 분산제를 투입하고, 상기 분산제의 절단력(Shear), 유사가소성(Pseudo plastic) 및 분산 안정화를 위해 5~15℃의 온도에서 용해가 이루어진 분산제 수용액을 마련하는 S1단계와;
상기 S1단계의 분산제 수용액; 또는 불용성 또는 지용성 물질;을 40~50℃로 유지한 상태에서 습식 분산 설비에 투입하고 교반하는 S2-1단계와, 상기 S2-1단계에서 투입된 원료를 60~70℃로 가열한 상태에서 15~20분 동안 1차 습식 분산 가공하여 분산 초기 불용성 또는 지용성 물질의 뭉침을 방지하고 기포를 제거하는 S2-2단계와, 상기 S2-2단계를 거친 혼합물을 5~25℃로 급냉시키면서 1~3시간 동안 2차 습식 분산 가공하여 하이브리드 현탁액을 마련하는 S2-3단계로 이루어지는 S2단계와;
상기 S2단계의 하이브리드 현탁액을 안정화시키는 S3단계와;
상기 S3단계에서 안정화된 하이브리드 현탁액을 여과하는 S4단계와;
상기 S4단계를 거친 하이브리드 현탁액을 살균 및 멸균처리하는 S5단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성 또는 지용성 물질을 수용성으로 분산하는 하이브리드 현탁액 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 S1단계에서 사용되는 분산제는 유화제와, 첨가제이며,
상기 유화제는 가티검(Gum ghatti, Anogeissus latifolia gum, Indian gum), 아라비아검(Arabia gum), 구아검(Gura gum), 메스틱검(Mastic gum), 잔탄검 (Xanthan Gum), 하이드록시프로필메칠셀룰로오스(Hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose), 폴리소르베이트 (Polysorbate)류, 카르복시메칠셀룰로오스(Carboxyl methyl cellulose), 자당지방산 에스테르(Sucrose fatty acid ester), 폴리글리세린지방산에스테르(Poly glycerin fatty acid ester), 젤란검(gellan gum), 솔비탄지방산에스테르(Sorbitan glycerin fatty acid ester), 글리세린지방산 에스테르(Glycerin fatty acid ester) 및 그 유도체(Other derivatives), 메틸셀룰 로오스(Methyl cellulose), 대두다당 (Soybean polysaccharose), 아카시아검(Acacia gum), 카라제난검(Carageenan gum), 글루코만난 (Glucomannan), 중쇄지방산트리글리세라이드(Heavy fatty acid tri glycerid), 유기산모노 글리세라이드 (Organic mono glyceride), 폴리옥시에틸렌지방산에스테르(Polyoxy ethylene fatty acid glycerid), 프로필렌글리콜지방산에스테르 (propylene glycol fatty acid ester), 자당베헤니산에스테르(Invertase behenisan ester), 자당스테르산 에스테르(invertase sterate acid ester), 자당팔미틴산에스테르(Invertase palmaitic acid ester), 자당 미리스틴산에스테르(Myristic acid ester), 자당라우린산에스테르(Invertase laurate ester), 자당올레인산 에스테르(Invertase oleic acid ester) 중에서 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되고,
상기 첨가제는 글리세린 (Glycerin), 텍스트린 (Dextrin), 자일리톨(xylitol), 사이클로텍스트린(cyclodextrin) 또는 혼합 사이클로 덱스트린(Mixed form cyclodextrin), 감초추출분말(Glycyrrhiza Extract powder), 카보머 940(Carbome 940), 펙틴(Pectin), 레시틴(lecithin), 소르비톨(Sorbitol), 단당류(Monosaccharide), 다당류 중에서 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성 또는 지용성 물질을 수용성으로 분산하는 하이브리드 현탁액 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 S2단계의 불용성 또는 지용성 물질은,
강황/울금 분말 또는 강황/울금 추출분말(Turmeric extract powder, Curcumin extract powder, Oleoresin Turmeric Extract), 밀크시슬 분말 또는 밀크시슬 추출분말(Milk thistle extract powder, Silymarin extract powder ), 심황색소(Turmeric Oleoresin), 루테인분말 또는 루테인 추출분말(Lutein extract powder), 옥타코사놀 분말 또는 옥타코사놀 추출분말(Octacosanol extract powder), 지용성 오메가3(Omega3; DHA, EPA), 지용성 비타민류(Fat-soluble vitamins), 벼추출 배양액(Rice extract culture medium) 중에서 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성 또는 지용성 물질을 수용성으로 분산하는 하이브리드 현탁액 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 S2-3단계를 거친 하이브리드 현탁액에 함유된 입자 크기는 0.2~0.9㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성 또는 지용성 물질을 수용성으로 분산하는 하이브리드 현탁액 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 S3단계는,
상기 2차 습식 분산 가공이 완료된 하이브리드 현탁액에 인산(Phosphoric acid; H3PO4), 수산화나트륨(Sodium hydroxide; NaOH), 수산화칼륨(Potassium hydroxide; KOH), 인산나트륨(sodium phosphate; NaH2PO4) 중 적어도 하나의 성분을 첨가한 다음, 60~70℃로 가열하여 하이브리드 현탁액 내의 불용성 또는 지용성 물질과 분산제의 상호 물리적 흡착 결합을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성 또는 지용성 물질을 수용성으로 분산하는 하이브리드 현탁액 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 S5단계는,
상기 하이브리드 현탁액을 스팀멸균기에 투입하여 80~121℃의 온도로 30~60분 동안 살균하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성 또는 지용성 물질을 수용성으로 분산하는 하이브리드 현탁액 제조방법.
