Claims (1)
- 센싱부 및 상기 센싱부와 연결되는 바디부를 포함하는 프레임이 마련되고,
상기 프레임을 사출성형금형 내에 삽입 및 고정하고,
상기 프레임에, 상기 사출성형금형 내로 주입되는 강화주입물에 의해 기계피로(fatigue)가 집중되는 위치 및 전기전도 될 수 있는 위치 중 하나 이상의 위치에 강도 및 절연도 중 하나 이상의 정도가 개선되도록 강화부(enhanced)가 형성되며,
상기 강화부는, 순차적으로 주입되는 1차강화주입물 및 2차강화주입물을 포함하고,
상기 프레임의 일면을 상기 1차강화주입물을 주입하여 1차사출성형을 통해 강화하고, 상기 프레임의 타면을 상기 2차강화주입물을 주입하여 2차사출성형을 통해 강화하며,
상기 1차강화주입물 및 상기 2차강화주입물은, 전류가 흐르는 과정에서 발생하는 열이 방열되는 면이 되도록 상기 프레임의 일면 또는 타면의 일부를 노출시키도록 형성되고,
상기 프레임에는 홀이 형성되고, 상기 홀을 통해 상기 1차강화주입물 및 상기 2차강화주입물의 상기 프레임에 대한 밀착력을 증진시키며,
상기 프레임에는 일체로 형성된 가이드가 구비되고, 상기 가이드부에 의하여 상기 프레임은 상기 1차사출성형 및 2차사출성형에 의한 상기 1차강화주입물 및 2차강화주입물이 공급될 때 상기 사출성형금형 내에서 이동되지 않도록 고정되고,
상기 강화부는, 수지재를 포함하여 절연성을 부가, 유지 또는 증진시키는, 버스바의 제조방법.
