Abstract
면역검정에 사용하는, 형광 색소로 표지된 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자로서, 상기 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자에 의한 상기 형광 색소가 발하는 파장역의 형광의 흡수가 작은, 형광 색소로 표지된 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자.

Claims (12)
- 면역검정(immunoassay)에 사용하는, 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자로서, 표지에 사용하는 형광 색소가, 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자의 흡광 파장과 동일한 파장의 색과 보색의 관계에 있는 색의 파장 형광을 발하는 형광 물질이며, 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자가 450nm~495nm의 가시광선을 반사하는 색소로 착색된 입자이고, 형광 색소가 발하는 형광의 파장이 450nm~570nm인, 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,
가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자가, 450nm~495nm의 가시광선을 반사하는 색소로 착색된 입자이며, 형광 색소가 플루오레세인 또는 플루오레세인이소티오시아네이트인, 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자. - 면역검정에 사용하는, 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자로서, 표지에 사용하는 형광 색소가, 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자의 흡광 파장과 동일한 파장의 색과 보색의 관계에 있는 색의 파장 형광을 발하는 형광 물질이며, 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자가 620nm~750nm의 가시광선을 반사하는 색소로 착색된 입자이고, 형광 색소가 발하는 형광의 파장이 590nm~750nm인, 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자.
- 제3항에 있어서,
가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자가, 620nm~750nm의 가시광선을 반사하는 색소로 착색된 입자이며, 형광 색소가 ATBTA-EU3+인, 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
불용성 담체 입자가 폴리스티렌 라텍스 입자인, 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자. - 측정하고자 하는 항원 또는 항체를 포함하는 항원 항체 복합체에 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자를 결합시켜, 불용성 담체 입자의 착색을 육안에 의해 관찰하거나, 및/또는 불용성 담체 입자로부터 발해지는 형광을 측정함으로써 항원 항체 복합체의 존재를 결정하는 것을 포함하는 면역검정 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
면역크로마토그래피법(immunochromatography)인, 면역검정 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자를 포함하는 면역검정 키트.
- (i) 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자의 흡광 스펙트럼을 측정하는 공정,
(ii) 상기 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자의 흡수가 적은 파장역을 결정하는 공정,
(iii) 상기 파장역의 형광을 발하는 형광 색소를 선택하는 공정, 및
(iv) 선택한 형광 색소를 상기 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자에 결합시키는 공정
을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 형광 색소를 결합시킨 가시역 착색 불용성 담체 입자를 조제하는 방법. - 삭제
