Claims (3)
- 소재(素材) 크랭크샤프트(crankshaft)의 양 단면(端面)에 한 쌍의 센터홀을 가공하는 센터홀 가공 장치;
상기 한 쌍의 센터홀을 기준으로 하여, 상기 한 쌍의 센터홀이 가공된 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트(post-centering material crankshaft)의 형상을 측정하는 센터링 후 밸런스 측정기(post-centering balance measuring instrument); 및
상기 센터링 후 밸런스 측정기에 의해 형상이 측정된 상기 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트의 메인 저널(main journal) 및 핀 저널(pin journal)을 절삭 가공하는 절삭 가공 장치;
를 포함하고,
상기 센터링 후 밸런스 측정기는, 상기 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트의 형상에 기초하여 관성 주축(主軸)을 결정하고, 상기 관성 주축과 상기 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트의 양 단면과의 교점(交点)을 나타내는 정보를 상기 센터홀 가공 장치에 송신하고,
상기 센터홀 가공 장치는, 상기 교점을 나타내는 정보에 기초하여, 다음에 투입되는 소재 크랭크샤프트의 양 단면에 한 쌍의 센터홀을 가공하는,
크랭크샤프트 가공 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 센터링 후 밸런스 측정기는, 상기 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트의 형상에 기초하여, 상기 한 쌍의 센터홀을 연결하는 직선을 상기 관성 주축에 일치시키기 위해 필요로 하는 상기 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트의 카운터웨이트(counterweight)에서의 가공 위치와 가공량을 나타내는 추가 가공 정보를 상기 절삭 가공 장치에 송신하고,
상기 절삭 가공 장치는, 상기 추가 가공 정보에 기초하여 상기 카운터웨이트를 가공하는, 크랭크샤프트 가공 시스템. - 소재 크랭크샤프트의 양 단면에 한 쌍의 센터홀을 가공하는 제1 단계;
상기 한 쌍의 센터홀을 기준으로 하여, 상기 한 쌍의 센터홀이 가공된 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트의 형상을 측정하는 제2 단계;
상기 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트의 형상에 기초하여 관성 주축을 결정하는 제3 단계; 및
상기 관성 주축과 상기 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트의 양 단면과의 교점을 나타내는 정보에 기초하여, 다음에 투입되는 소재 크랭크샤프트의 양 단면에 한 쌍의 센터홀을 가공하는 제4 단계;
상기 제2 단계에서 형상이 측정된 상기 센터링 후 소재 크랭크샤프트의 메인 저널 및 핀 저널을 절삭 가공하는 제5 단계
를 포함하는 크랭크샤프트 가공 방법.
