Claims (23)
- a) 기판에 자외선 경화성 잉크 조성물을 잉크젯 프린팅하여 기판에 베젤 패턴을 형성하는 단계;
b) 상기 베젤 패턴에 자외선을 조사함으로써 베젤 패턴을 배면 경화하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 배면 경화된 베젤 패턴을 150 ℃내지 250 ℃에서 5 내지 30분간 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법으로서,
상기 자외선 경화성 잉크 조성물은 안료 분산액; 멜라민 아크릴레이트 올리고머 및 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 올리고머; 부착력 증진제; 바인더 용액; 및 광개시제를 포함하는 것인, 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 b)단계 후 c)단계 수행 전에 b') 베젤 패턴을 표면 경화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 안료 분산액은 안료, 분산제 및 제1 반응성 모노머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 안료는 상기 안료 분산액의 100 중량부에 대하여 25 ~ 35중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1 있어서,
상기 안료 분산액은 상기 자외선 경화성 잉크 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 45 ~ 70 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제1 반응성 모노머는 1,6-헥산디올디아크릴레이트(HDDMA), 하이드록시피발릭에시드 네오펜틸글리콜 디아크릴레이트 (HPNDA), 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(trimethylolpropane triacrylate: TMPTA), 펜타에리스리톨 트리아크릴레이트, 트리메틸렌프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 펜타에리스톨 트리아크릴레이트, 트리메틸렌 프로필 트리아크릴레이트 및 프로폭시레이티드 글리세롤 트리아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1 있어서,
상기 부착력 증진제는 3-글리시독시프로필 트리메톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1 있어서,
상기 바인더 용액은 에폭시계 수지와 제2 반응성 모노머로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1 있어서,
상기 바인더 용액은 자외선 경화성 잉크 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 10 ~ 30 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 제2 반응성 모노머는 아크릴레이트계 모노머로서 2-히드록시에틸 아크릴레이트(2-HEA), 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(TMPTA), 히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트(HEMA), 헥산디올디아크릴레이트(HDDA), 하이드록시피발릭에시드 네오펜틸글리콜 디아크릴레이트(HPNDA) 및 트리프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트(TPGDA)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 제2 반응성 모노머는 아크릴레이트계 모노머로서 2-히드록시에틸 아크릴레이트(2-HEA) 및 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(TMPTA)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 1종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1 있어서,
상기 올리고머는 자외선 경화성 잉크 조성물의 100 중량에 대하여 5 ~ 15 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1 있어서,
상기 광개시제는 2-메틸-1-[4-(메틸티오)페닐]-2-(4-모르포리닐)-1-프로판온 (Irgacure®907) 및 이소프로필 티오잰톤 (Darocur®ITX)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 1종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1 있어서,
상기 자외선 경화성 잉크 조성물은 계면활성제 및 중합억제제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 자외선 경화성 잉크 조성물은 360 nm 내지 410 nm의 파장 범위의 자외선을 흡수하여 경화되는 것을 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 자외선 경화성 잉크 조성물의 점도는 25 ℃에서 1cp 내지 50cp인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법. - 청구항 1, 2, 4 내지 17 중 어느 한 항의 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 베젤 패턴의 형성방법에 의해 형성된 베젤 패턴.
- 청구항 18에 있어서,
상기 베젤 패턴은 표면경도가 4H 이상이고, 부착력이 5B인 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤 패턴. - 청구항 18에 있어서,
상기 베젤 패턴은 광학밀도가 4 ~ 6인 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤 패턴. - 청구항 18에 있어서,
상기 베젤 패턴은 두께가 2 ㎛ ~ 10 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤 패턴. - 청구항 18에 있어서,
상기 베젤 패턴은 경화 도즈량이 1,000 ~ 20,000 mJ/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤 패턴. - 청구항 18의 베젤 패턴을 포함하는 디스플레이 기판.
