도 2는 2가지 종류의 모터의 포화곡선을 보여주는데, 좌측은 전원망이고 우측은 인버터이다.

도 4는 성형바를 끼운 슬롯과 끼우지 않은 슬롯을 보여주는 도면;
도 5는 제1 코일그룹의 연결도;
도 6은 제2 코일그룹의 연결도;
도 7은 완전한 위상을 이루도록 연결된 양 코일그룹의 연결도;
도 8은 성형바의 상세도;
도 9는 성형바의 단부의 상세도;
도 10은 성형바를 슬롯에 끼운 상태를 보여주는 사시도.
Claims (35)
- 고정자의 원주변을 따라 다수의 슬롯(8)이 고정자치(6)에 의해 분리되어 있고, 다수의 전선(10)으로 이루어진 성형바(3,4)가 설치되어 있는 전기자동차용 모터나 발전기와 같은 전기머신(5)의 고정자(1)에 있어서:
상기 성형바(3,4)를 이루는 다수의 전선(10)이 서로 꼬여있고, 고정자치(6)에서 슬롯(8)의 양쪽 경계를 이루는 2개의 측벽(7)이 적어도 성형바(3,4) 구역에서는 서로 평행하며, 이들 성형바(3,4)가 슬롯(8)내에서 서로 위아래 배치되며, 양쪽 성형바(3,4)는 단면적은 동일하되 형상은 서로 다르며 서로 절연되어 있으면서도 적어도 하나의 권선을 통해 서로 직렬로 연결되고;
상기 성형바(3,4) 각각이 다수의 전선(10)이 꼬여서 이루어진 적어도 2개의 평탄한 층(A,B)으로 이루어지고, 상기 층들이 서로 위아래로 겹쳐져 놓여, 전선(10) 각각이 항상 성형바(3,4) 전장에 걸쳐 성형바 각각의 표면에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)가 인접한 2개 고정자치(6)로 이루어진 슬롯(8)의 양 측벽(7)에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)가 단면이 사다리꼴인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)를 이루는 각각의 전선(10)이 여러 가닥으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)가 압연공정으로 냉간성형되고 일단부는 미리 휘어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4) 중의 적어도 하나는 적어도 2개의 평탄 부분바(3a~b;4a~b)를 포함하고, 평탄 부분바(3a~b;4a~b)가 서로 밀착연결되어 성형바(3;4)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 고정자(1)와 회전자(2)를 갖는 전기자동차용 전기모터에 있어서:
상기 고정자(1)가 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 하나에 따라 구성되고, 고정자의 길이가 고정자를 이루는 각 층의 전체 갯수의 길이인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기모터. - 제7항에 있어서, 고정자의 자극 길이가 50~120 ㎜이고 슬롯 단면적이 80~150 ㎟인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기모터.
- 제1항에 따른 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)가 형성될 때, 각각의 전선(10)이 여러 가닥인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)가 사다리꼴 단면을 갖게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)가 냉간성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)가 연속다중 압연공정을 포함한 압연공정으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)를 고정자(1)의 슬롯(8)에 끼우기 전에 성형바의 일단부를 미리 구부리는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성형바(3,4)가 저항용접법으로 서로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자의 제조방법.
