The same application as in Test Example 1 was tested for skin wrinkle improvement and elasticity recovery test. As in Test Example 1, it was confirmed that after one week from the start of the test, the moisture content was increased and the skin wrinkles were improved. The evaluation result of 30 subjects was an average of 4.75 points, and after 4 weeks, more than 90% of the subjects noticeably improved wrinkles and elasticity.
Test Example 3: skin irritation test
Thirty pregnant women in their 20s to 40s were selected for the composition and the patch prepared in Examples 1 and 2 and used for 6 months to check the elasticity and the prevention of stretch marks and hypoallergenicity. The method of use is the same as Test Examples 1 and 2. As a result of the test, more than 80% of the subjects evaluated no itching or skin color change. In particular, the patch applied to the skin was evaluated as being convenient and effective for long periods of time since there was no irritation and lack of skin irritation, and the patch form of the hydrogel formulation was evaluated as the most desirable because it had the least irritation of the skin.
