Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a moisturizing cosmetic composition comprising a mixture of specific proteins and Spirulina extract.
The skin is largely divided into three layers of epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue in order from the outside. It protects the internal organs from external stimuli such as temperature, humidity change, ultraviolet rays, air pollutants and chemicals. Skin, in particular, plays an important role in controlling the evaporation of about 70% of the human body's water. Moisture transports various physiologically active substances necessary for the human body, and helps to keep the skin soft and moist.
Dermatol. 80(Suppl.),44-49. 1983). The epidermis is divided into the stratum corneum, the granular layer, the superficial layer and the basal layer in the order from the outside. The cells of the stratum corneum act like bricks, and the intercellular lipids between the keratinocytes function as the mortar to form the skin barrier Invest., Dermatol 80 (Suppl.), 44-49, 1983). Generally, keratinocytes distributed in human epidermis have high concentration of natural moisturizing factor and help to retain moisture of skin. However, due to such factors as the living environment, stress, environmental pollution, aging, etc., the moisture of the stratum corneum decreases and the skin becomes dry and the surface of the skin becomes rough. do.
Conventionally, the moisturizing agent has been used in a manner of absorbing moisture or preventing evaporation of moisture, thereby increasing water retention in the stratum corneum. However, the moisturizing agent can not maintain a long-lasting moisturizing performance, come.
On the other hand, the incidence of various environmental skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis and contact dermatitis is recently increasing rapidly. Atopic dermatitis is a syndrome of dermatophytosis that manifests as a complex manifestation of symptoms such as strong cannibalism, dryness, severe keratinization, skin cracking, and erythema of unknown origin. It usually starts in infancy and appears in many infants, children and adolescents. Skin having an environmental skin disease such as atopic dermatitis not only needs to continuously moisturize, but also heals skin and improves skin. In Korean Patent No. 10-0404072, a method of applying a lipid complex of ceramides for restoring moisture and skin barrier or applying a steroid preparation has been used, and its use is limited due to problems such as lowering of skin safety or side effects.

Furthermore, the cosmetic composition to be provided in the present invention is effective for improving long-term moisturizing performance, as well as for healing environmental skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, enhancing skin barrier function and improving skin such as anti- Thereby completing the present invention.
One aspect of the present invention relates to a moisturizing cosmetic composition comprising a protein mixture containing an immunoglobulin, an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and a lactoferrin, and a Spirulina extract.
The moisturizing cosmetic composition according to the present invention not only keeps the moisturizing effect on the skin for a long period of time by including Spirulina extract at the same time as the specific protein components but also is effective for skin sedation and healing against environmental skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis , And has a property to enhance the skin barrier function or to improve the skin.
In the present invention, the protein mixture is characterized by containing an immunoglobulin, epidermal growth factor receptor and lactoferrin. The combination of the above protein components is advantageous not only in improving the moisturizing performance but also in calming and healing the skin diseases and improving the skin. Compared to the low feeling due to the heterogeneity of the conventional moisturizer, the skin component does not irritate the skin, This excellent performance can be achieved.
Specifically, among the protein mixtures of the present invention, the immunoglobulin enhances the moisturizing function of the skin itself as well as the skin moisturizing function. That is, it plays a more effective role in maintaining long-term moisturizing performance of the skin. It has a characteristic of exhibiting a long-term moisturizing performance and a remarkable synergistic effect of skin cell activity in combination with a epidermal growth factor receptor that helps skin cell activity in a protein mixture. However, when the immunoglobulin is not contained in the protein mixture, it is difficult to maintain the long-term moisturizing performance and the function of the epidermal growth factor receptor can not be expected to be improved.
The immunoglobulin is characterized in that it comprises any one or more selected from the group consisting of IgG, SIgA and IgM. In particular, the combination of epidermal growth factor receptor and lactoferrin is effective in preventing skin diseases or accelerating the recovery of damaged skin, and can be used for sedating and healing skin diseases, skin regeneration It is possible to realize a remarkable effect on skin improvement.
In the present invention, IgG (Immunoglobulin G) as an immunoglobulin is capable of neutralizing toxic substances or protecting skin damage from bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc., and is effective in calming skin diseases and is advantageous for skin improvement. In addition, it has cell affinity and improves the feeling of use without irritation to the skin as a moisturizing agent, and is effective for long-term skin moisturizing performance.
The secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) is a secretory immunoglobulin A that protects against infections such as bacteria and viruses and significantly reduces skin damage or skin irritation due to external environmental changes such as temperature and humidity.
The IgM (Immunoglobulin M) can exterminate bacteria that penetrate the skin, and can further improve the performance of IgG and SIgA in the immunoglobulin. At the same time, it is advantageous in inducing aggregation of protein components to realize the desired effect in the present invention in combination with other components in the composition.
The combination of these immunoglobulin components not only achieves long-lasting skin moisturizing effect, but also enhances skin barrier by promoting activity of skin autologous cells in combination with epidermal growth factor receptor and lactoferrin in protein mixture, However, when any one of these ingredients is not included, it is difficult to expect an improvement in moisturizing performance and a skin improvement effect is insignificant.
The immunoglobulin in the protein mixture is not particularly limited in the composition ratio of the above components. However, in order to realize the above effects in combination with other components in the protein mixture, it is preferable that the IgG is 1,000 to 6,000 占 퐂 / ml, SIgA is 500 to 1,500 Ml and IgM 500 to 1,500 占 퐂 / ml, more preferably 2,000 to 4,000 占 퐂 / ml, SIgA 800 to 1,200 占 퐂 / ml and IgM 800 to 1,200 占 퐂 / ml. When the above-mentioned range is satisfied, it is possible to remarkably reduce irritation caused by skin troubles, to improve skin moisturization and skin protection as well as to promote skin autocellular activity, thereby improving the skin, but this is a non-limiting example and is not limited to the above- .
In the present invention, the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) of the protein mixture promotes the production of new cells and can stimulate wound healing and tissue regeneration. The skin is aged, the cell regeneration ability is delayed, the skin layer is thickened, and the self-moisturizing performance deteriorates. The epidermal growth factor receptor enhances the function of the skin including the skin self-moisturizing performance by the combination of immunoglobulin and lactoferrin in the protein mixture And to stimulate new growth of skin cells. When the epidermal growth factor receptor is not contained in the protein mixture, the moisturizing performance may be deteriorated, and the skin improvement according to the combination with other ingredients can not be expected, in particular, the sedative and healing effect of environmental skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis.
In the present invention, the lactoferrin in the protein mixture can achieve anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory properties of the skin.
Experiments were conducted on long-term moisturizing effect of the cream formulations prepared in Examples and Comparative Examples. After applying the cream to the face for 10 minutes, the cream was cleaned and then the moisturizing effect was measured using Corneometer CM820PC (Coourage + Khazaka, Germany) and Tewameter TM 210 (Coourage + Khazaka, Germany). Five healthy women (mean age 35 years) were measured and their mean values were measured. The instrument used the Corneometer to quantify the moisture content of the skin from 0 to 150 with changes in the electrical conductivity according to the skin moisture content, and measured the TEWL, ie, the degree of water loss on the epidermis, using a Tewameter. The test was carried out for one week, and after three days and seven days, it was measured using a device, and the results are shown in Table 1 below.
(g/㎡/h)Water loss amount
(g / m < 2 > / h)
As shown in Table 1, the cream according to Example 5 including the cosmetic composition for humidification of Example 1 according to the present invention was the most excellent in moisturizing performance. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 3 and 4, the moisturizing effect was remarkably lowered, and the water loss rapidly decreased.
In addition, the skin elasticity performance test was conducted as an experiment on the skin improvement effect one week after using the cream prepared in Examples and Comparative Examples. The test conditions were 30 healthy women (mean age 35 years) in a constant temperature and humidity room at 22 ℃ and 45% relative humidity. The measuring device was a skin elasticity tester (Cutometer SEM 575, C + KElectronic Co., Germany). In addition, sensation of use was sensually evaluated. The evaluation items were the skin texture, satisfaction with the moisturizing effect, and the degree of skin irritation, respectively, and the average value was described as 5 points satisfaction.
In addition, experiments on the improvement effect on atopic dermatitis were conducted. 15 patients with atopic diseases from 5 to 20 years of age were treated. After applying the solution to the affected area every day, the degree of itching and the degree of improvement of atopic dermatitis were judged by the examination and visual examination, and sensory evaluation was made. The results were as follows: 1) no itching was observed and 2) atopic dermatitis was significantly improved. As a result, in Example 5 according to the present invention, the skin elasticity and feeling of use as well as the efficacy against atopic dermatitis were extremely excellent. On the other hand, Comparative Examples 3 and 4 showed significantly lower scores than the Examples.
