본 발명의 조성물에서 사용하는 천연 미세침 분말의 경피 흡수능을 재확인하기 위하여 식품의약품안전처 동물대체시험법 가이드라인: 생체외 피부흡수시험 가이드라인, OECD Guideline for Testing of Chemicals, Section 4, TG 428 "Skin absorption: in vitro Method 및 USP31-NF26 (page 1590)에 기재된 카페인 어세이(Caffeine assay) 부분을 참고하여 시험기관에서 경피흡수 평가시험을 진행하였다. 본 실험에서는 누드 래트 피부(nude rat skin)를 시험재료로 하고 HPLC 분석법으로 결과를 도출하였다. 보다 구체적으로는 샘플링 시각(Sampling time)이 0.5시간일 때 시험군의 조성물이 대조군의 조성물보다 3.4배, 1시간일 때 2.0배, 2 시간일 때 1.5배 등, 평가 초기에는 그 차이가 크게 나타났다가, 그 이후에는 거의 일정하게 1.1배 정도 차이를 보였으며, 특별히 도포 후 12시간 이후에는 그 차이의 폭이 크게 증가하여 도포 후 24시간의 시점에서는 시험군의 조성물이 대조군의 조성물보다 1.4배나 많은 면적당 축적량을 나타내었다.More specifically, when the sampling time was 0.5 hour, the composition of the test group was 3.4 times larger than the composition of the control group, 2.0 times at 1 hour, and 1.5 times at 2 hours. 본 발명의 조성물의 주름개선 및 피부탄력 증진 효과를 검증하기 위하여 고해상도 디지털 카메라(CANON EOS 750D)를 이용하여 실내 조명의 밝기가 동일한 조건에서 안면 부위를 사진을 촬영하였다. 표준화를 위하여 사진 촬영은 동일 연구자가 시행하며 특수 제작된 장비를 통하여 촬영 조건(측정 방향 및 위치)을 고정하여 측정하였다.In order to verify the effect of improving wrinkles and enhancing skin elasticity of the composition of the present invention, pictures were taken of the facial area using a high-resolution digital camera (CANON EOS 750D) under conditions of the same brightness of indoor lighting.
