Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따라 제작된 사료 원료물질 분쇄용 스크류에 의해 유지함유 사료원료의 분말화 과정을 보인 시진도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 유지함유 원료 생미강 및 전지대두, 전지루핀콩 또는 전지면실종자의 압출성형에 적합한 각 스크류(도 3a 및 도 3b)의 모식도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 EDTA가 첨가된 유지함유 사료원료 전지대의 미분쇄물이 압출성형기(Extruder)를 통과한 최종 펠렛제품(도 4a)과 펠렛(도 4b)의 제품 상태를 보인 사진도이다.

Claims (3)
- 유지함유 전지대두에 1중량% 이상 2중량%이하의 EDTA를 첨가하고 250 메쉬 이상으로 미분쇄하여 전지대두분말을 얻는 단계와; 상기 단계에서 얻은 전지대두분말을 나선축 단부에 나사산과 나사산 사이에 적어도 1개 이상의 이면에 돌기가 형성된 돌기형 원반(2)이 4개 이상 개재된 스크류(3b)가 장착된 단축형 압출성형기에서 팽화시켜 제형화하는 단계로 이루어진 것이 특징인 전지대두 퍼핑물의 제조방법.
