Claims (6)
- 기재필름(基材 film)과, 이 기재필름의 표면측에 적층되는 연마층(硏磨層)을 구비하는 연마필름(硏磨 film)으로서,
상기 연마층이, 연마입자(硏磨粒子)와 그 바인더(binder)를 구비하고,
상기 연마입자가, 1차입자지름이 10㎚ 이상 50㎚ 미만인 제1연마입자(第1硏磨粒子)와, 1차입자지름이 50㎚ 이상 250㎚ 미만인 제2연마입자(第2硏磨粒子)를 구비하고,
상기 연마입자 전체에 대한 제1연마입자의 함유량이 55질량% 이상 80질량% 이하, 제2연마입자의 함유량이 15질량% 이상 45질량% 이하이고,
상기 제2연마입자 중 1차입자지름이 100㎚ 이상 250㎚ 미만인 연마입자의 함유량이, 상기 연마입자 전체에 대하여 5질량% 이상 25질량% 이하이고,
상기 연마층에 있어서 테이버 마모시험(TABER 磨耗試驗)에 의한 마모량이 10mg 이상 25mg 이하인 것을
특징으로 하는 연마필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연마층에 있어서의 상기 연마입자의 함유량이 85질량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연마필름.

상기 연마층의 평균두께가 4㎛ 이상 15㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 연마필름.
