표 2는 실시예 1 ~ 5 및 비교예 1에 따른 화장료 조성물에 대한 피부주름 개선 효과를 평가한 결과를 나타낸 것이다. 이때, 즉각적인 피부주름 개선 효과를 평가하기 위해, 40세 ~ 60세의 여성 30명을 대상으로 세안 후 1회 눈가 피부에 도포하여 주름깊이를 측정하였다. 주름깊이 측정장비에 장착된 카메라를 세안한 눈가 피부에 초점을 맞춘 후 이미지를 촬영하고 이미지 분석 소프트웨어(Image analyzer software)를 통한 값으로 주름의 깊이를 계측하여 초기값을 설정하고, 설정된 측정위치를 지정하여 화장료 조성물을 도포한 후, 10분 경과한 다음 주름 깊이 감소율을 측정하였다. 이때, 초기 주름 깊이를 ‘0’으로 두고 주름 깊이 감소율(%)로 측정하여 평가기준을 정하고, 측정 대상의 평균 값을 산출하여 나타내었다.
