Abstract
이에 따라, 본 발명은 단백질과 지방, 무기질로 이루어진 어류를 토양에서 쉽게 분해되도록 산, 알칼리로 교차 처리하여 작물에 필요한 다량의 영양소를 손실없이 식물체가 이용할 수 있도록 함으로써 생태계를 교란하는 유해 어류를 원료로 사용하여 저렴한 비용으로 단시간에 친환경 유기질 비료로 제조·활용하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (7)
- 어류를 이용한 유기질 비료의 제조방법에 있어서:
인산이 5~30%의 농도로 희석된 인산 수용액에 1 내지 24시간 담가둔 어류를 소정 크기로 1차 분쇄하는 원료 준비단계;
상기 1차 분쇄물 65~75중량%에 알칼리 분말 25~35중량%를 혼합하여 분해한 다음, 상기 분해물 50~80중량%에 벤토나이트 20~50중량%를 첨가하여 중화하는 원료 처리단계; 및
상기 중화된 분해물 50~90중량%에 톱밥 10~50중량%를 혼합한 다음, 상기 혼합물을 3 내지 7일간 상온에서 건조하는 비료 완성단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 어류를 이용한 유기질 비료의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원료 준비단계는 어류를 20~30㎜의 크기로 1차 분쇄한 다음, 상기 1차 분쇄물을 2~10㎜의 크기로 2차 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어류를 이용한 유기질 비료의 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 원료 준비단계는 상기 1차 분쇄물 40~60중량%에 젖산과 물이 1:1 중량비로 혼합된 젖산 수용액 40~60중량%를 혼합한 상태에서 2차 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어류를 이용한 유기질 비료의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 분말은 생석회 75~85중량%와 수산화칼륨 15~25중량%가 배합된 것을 특징으로 하는 어류를 이용한 유기질 비료의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원료 처리단계는 분쇄물을 알칼리 분말로 분해하는 과정에서 단백질의 분해를 촉진시키는 분해효소를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어류를 이용한 유기질 비료의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 분해효소는 로이신아미노펩티다아제, 카르복시펩티다아제, 펩신, 트립신, 키모트립신, 프로테아제 중 택일한 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 복합된 것을 특징으로 하는 어류를 이용한 유기질 비료의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 1차 분쇄물과 알칼리 분말 혼합시, 180~200RPM의 교반속도로 40초~1분간 1차 교반하고, 60~80RPM의 교반속도로 3~5분간 2차 교반한 후, 20~40RPM의 교반속도로 8~10분간 3차 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어류를 이용한 유기질 비료의 제조방법.
