Abstract

본 발명은 폐기 유기물을 이용하여 칼슘 성분이 풍부한 비료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것인데, 음식물 쓰레기, 인분뇨, 가축분뇨, 도축폐기물, 어패류 폐기물과 같은 유기질 폐기물을 미세하게 가공하여 수분함량을 50%내로 조정시킨 다음 이 것을 중기 배출시설이 된 처리조에 넣고 처리물 총량의 30∼50% 정도가 되는 생석회를 투입하여 적어도 24시간 이상 반응시키고 반응이 끝난 처리물을 2∼3일간 방치하여 안정화시킨 다음 인출하여 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 제조되는 폐기 유기물을 이용한 칼슘비료의 제조방법으로서, 본 발명의 비료는 생석회가 물과 작용하면서 고열을 내고 수산화 칼슘이 된 상태이므로 산화 칼슘을 토양에 공급하여 토양개량제로 사용될 수 있고 칼슘성분은 식물생육에 중요한 역할을 하게 되고 토양 병해방지 작용도 하므로 병해가 적은 유기농사가 가능케 되며 원료구득이 용이하고 처리비용이 상대적으로 저렴하기 때문에 경제성이 높은 비료 제조가 달성되는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 음식물 쓰레기, 인분뇨, 가축분뇨, 도축폐기물, 어패류 폐기물과 같은 유기질 폐기물을 미세하게 가공하여 수분함량을 50%내로 조정시킨 다음 이 것을 증기 배출시설이 된 처리조에 넣고 처리물 총량의 30∼50% 정도가 되는 생석회를 투입하여 적어도 24시간 이상 반응시키고 반응이 끝난 처리물을 2∼3일간 방치하여 안정화시킨 다음 인출하여 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 제조되는 폐기 유기물을 이용한 칼슘비료의 제조방법
