Abstract
본 발명은 폐기 유기물을 이용하여 칼슘 성분이 풍부한 비료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것인데, 음식물 쓰레기, 인분뇨, 가축분뇨, 도축폐기물, 어패류 폐기물과 같은 유기질 폐기물을 미세하게 가공하여 수분함량을 50%내로 조정시킨 다음 이 것을 중기 배출시설이 된 처리조에 넣고 처리물 총량의 30∼50% 정도가 되는 생석회를 투입하여 적어도 24시간 이상 반응시키고 반응이 끝난 처리물을 2∼3일간 방치하여 안정화시킨 다음 인출하여 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 제조되는 폐기 유기물을 이용한 칼슘비료의 제조방법으로서, 본 발명의 비료는 생석회가 물과 작용하면서 고열을 내고 수산화 칼슘이 된 상태이므로 산화 칼슘을 토양에 공급하여 토양개량제로 사용될 수 있고 칼슘성분은 식물생육에 중요한 역할을 하게 되고 토양 병해방지 작용도 하므로 병해가 적은 유기농사가 가능케 되며 원료구득이 용이하고 처리비용이 상대적으로 저렴하기 때문에 경제성이 높은 비료 제조가 달성되는 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 음식물 쓰레기, 인분뇨, 가축분뇨, 도축폐기물, 어패류 폐기물과 같은 유기질 폐기물을 미세하게 가공하여 수분함량을 50%내로 조정시킨 다음 이 것을 증기 배출시설이 된 처리조에 넣고 처리물 총량의 30∼50% 정도가 되는 생석회를 투입하여 적어도 24시간 이상 반응시키고 반응이 끝난 처리물을 2∼3일간 방치하여 안정화시킨 다음 인출하여 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 제조되는 폐기 유기물을 이용한 칼슘비료의 제조방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
